I sent in a request overnight and heard back from "Mo" the next morning.
Mo, discuss my needs and then explained what he can do. Later that day Mo called with a few funding options available and within 2 days I had the funds deposited into my account.
It was a smooth transaction, with honest details explaining the terms and repayment. I would definitely do business with Mo again.

There has been intermittent issues with submitting to the portal, few and far between. When I've requested an update, to find out the submission didn't go through the underwriting team has been quick to respond and pushes the file through quickly.

First experience is always telling
I was pleased with how quick the approval process went, then the site inspection was right away... then it took nearly a week for the "funding" to happen. If I would of known the references needed in the final step, I could of helped that step go smoother. Then "the funds will be wired later today" turned into the 3rd day, hitting our account.

HIdden costs
Everyone was super helpful and great through the entire process until I actually received my money and was charged an extra $3000 in fees AFTER being told it was only the $500 and the interest. Then when I asked about them, I received no reply except for that it was in the fine print of the contract I signed so there was nothing to be done about it. Still received the money timely and ultimately I did agree to it but should not have trusted their words when it came to the fee. Just felt a bit cheated after what was up until the final distribution a very positive experience.
