I paid for some crypto, the code didn't work and now I can't get it back.

I feel I need to write this review due to all the bad ones here. I just had my first purchase and yes the process was long, email back a SMS code and only accepting passport as ID, but I had all documents and received the amount of XMR as expected. Whole process under an hour. Maybe I just got lucky, I probably won't use again due to older reviews but everything worked well for me on this attempt

If it could give -5 stars I would.
I buy bitcoins for a value of almost 1000 euros.
Verification of documents takes place AFTER payment.
The verification of the identity document is fine but you must also check the card by sending a photo where only the last 4 digits are visible.
I have sent this photo 6 times and they say that they have not received it and they ignore any other emails by sending messages asking me for the photo of the card ....
Stay away

2 weeks and still they did not refund me..

Update 29 days after: now they avoid my emails.
Today is saturday, monday i'm gonna press charges.

The Mastercard card works perfect. The coupons are fine for Monero.

They stole my money! Do not use. I deposited 100 euro on my account with Bitnovo Gift card later my account is $0. They took the money out of my account plus fee so I messaged customer service they required verification, I sent my documents, selfie and they rejected immediately without mentioning any reason

I canceled my order. Man told me it will take 30 days to get the money back. the money never reached me

Lets you buy crypto then asks for ID before releasing it at which point their system can not recognise your ID. Lovely scam when you pay 10 euro + 4% for refunds - Avoid - plenty of others that actually work

support worker called Martin i would rate him 0 out of 10 !! made me lose all my time from 8 am to 8 pm for a transaction that should be made in max 2 hours..

But the worker called Louis was very fast and friendly. I rate him 10 out of 10. Be carefull who you choose in support please. Unsatisfied client doenst have the tendency to come back. And it would be shamefull to lose a client like me just for a guy that cannot do his job like Martin ...

Scammers dont buy..

This company may be selective scamming judging by the reviews. However, i did not have any problems for multiple orders. So far so good

I Pay 50€ code and don’t become the coins they take 15€ fee from the code and I dont become the bitcoins on my wallet that really sad and i don’t become help

Soso. I bought cryptos with my credit card about 10 times or more from the 100 to 3000 euros, there was not a big problem. But the process was not that good. There were some delays of sending. Sometimes they never noticed before I get touch by email even something is going wrong. (ID verification) But finally, I got my cryptos well with low cost of credit card payment fee. I do not recommend here, but it is not a scam.

ID you after purchase and charging your card, refuse to send you your Crypto due to 'problems' with your ID and then they just hang onto your cash saying they might refund you over the next month or so and even if you do get a refund they will deduct a 4% (min 10€) fee.

They sent the cryptocurrency for the vouchers with no problem. Bitnovo vouchers are safe, but the problem is the huge fees. First, where we bought the voucher, we were charged 2.5 euros for a voucher of 50 euros. Then bitnovo takes a commission regardless of the amount of the voucher, it is huge and reaches almost 40% of the value of the voucher in different cryptocurrencies. I can't recommend this service, it's not even an exchange office, but a predatory one. To take a commission of at least 20% from 50 euros is of course cool guys! For vouchers of 25 euros, the commission reaches almost 50%!!!!

I got what i payed for ,but the process whit the identification after you payed is a bad way to go.
Nobody wants to pay thousands of euro upfront, and then go thru a process of an identifikation that maybe will fail.
The right way is to identify yourself first and then pay .
I am happy that everything got well this time, but i will not take that risk again.
I sent an email whit a question and as everybody say, they dont answer.
Be careful whit this guys, it seems that only a few get what they payed for, and you have no security that the next buy will come thrugh.

a company that will do their best to steal your money. don't buy bitnovo vouchers anywhere they will not send your money and do their best t
o keep it.

I highly do not recommend BitNovo if you do not have valid identification. I do not have valid ID as my passport expired and have not yet renewed it (due to Brexit and Covid).

Regardless, they don't tell you this until AFTER you've paid, but they also won't cancel or refund you without valid ID apparently because of 'Fraud' or whatever, which is ironic because that in itself is fraudulant. So instead I highly recommend you just buy from somewhere else. Under no circumstances should you buy it from Bitnovo. Bitnovo sucks. ONE MILLION YEARS DUNGEON!

Id point you in the right direction but they keep flagging my review as 'advertising', avoid them at all costs.

I live in France and I am a Bitnovo client. Few months ago I had an issue with a transfer of cryptocurrency. I contacted the Bitnovo SUPPORT and they immediately answered me. I waited for few weeks for them to solve my issue but in the end everything was done. I really recommend BITNOVO and its SUPPORT SERVICE. I could not have solved that situation without their help. Trust up on their SUPPORT SERVICE. Thank You Again.
