Have been trying to log on to the site to access my money.
I have not been able to access as it will not sync with Google Authenticator and it times out after I put in my username and password.
I tried to reinstall the app but it is not available anymore.
There is no way to contact you

This exchange is a SCAM!!! Avoid at all costs. Evidence of volume manipulation, closing open positions without any explanation. I had a trade that didn't open a position and after much back and forth with support got liquidated. Eventually got my funds back after 2 weeks. No compensation for opportunity cost lost. This crap platform is shilled by scammer influencers looking to screw you out of your capital.

They have rebranded to Coinflare.com but the tech is the same and the SCAM is the same.

This company is refusing to allow me to withdraw my crypto. After 7 days of waiting for a response I spoke to someone via online chat, they assured me the matter would be dealt with, within a couple of hours. They then said despite being verified already I have to submit identification again. I done this immediately, another 5 days has passed and 0 response, I’ve now sent 6 emails, online chats, requested to speak to a manager and 0 response and my crypto is still being with held. This is by far the worst exchange I have ever come across an it is a scam! Do not put your crypto here unless u are prepared to lose it. I will be taking this further!!

If you are thinking of withdrawing, get ready for endless waiting. They use manual withdrawals nothing automated, miss their own deadlines, and then support ghost you. I have been waiting for three weeks now still no funds. Over five months now with-primeeightt and they are still very efficient and reliable. Never miss a beat with my payment.

I just deposit a small amount this morning. I saw some youtubers referencing this platform.

I have yet to see the tokens ive successfully transfered on my bitflex ( now name coin flare)

Its been half a day. Please address this latency.

It seems to be scam my money is stuck with them!!!
I’m struggling to make withdrawals and to use the GA for that. The GA reports me the codes and their platform report errors so you can’t actually withdraw the money you put there. They force you to send your identification id or passport to unblock GA which I don’t want to do because is little amount and I don’t trust sending my documents to anyone. My concern is they have a trap to make you believe you can withdraw but in fact they don’t let you with draw by reporting errors or force you to send a paper with legible letter holding your ID and selfie.
Support do nothing or generic answers.

Try to withdraw and wait and unspecified amount of time. They are using manual withdrawals, nothing auto. They go past their own deadlines then support stop talking to you! Still trying to withdraw 7 days later

I've noticed a few bugs on the Android version of the app, but nothing major—there’s a workaround for everything. I was a bit concerned when the withdrawal process took longer than expected, but they eventually approved the transaction about 10 hours later.

Keep in mind, running a large company isn’t easy, especially one that’s growing as quickly as this. With growth come challenges, and it seems they’re still in the process of automating withdrawals. For now, it’s being done manually (perhaps even by the CEO himself!).

So, let’s be patient and trust that this company is aiming for something bigger. Their intentions and ambitions feel solid, and I believe they’re on the right path toward long-term success.

Absolutely crap platform. Devs are manipulating volumes and trades. I've had my trades force closed without any reason. Platform crashes all the time. Withdrawing from the platform to any chain takes 2 hours or more. Terrible customer service with no time estimates given for support queries.

Bitflex exchange looks like a scam platform for me! I never saw in my life so bad Android app , doesn't matter that it exist in Google play store. Bad bad bad. After my test I wanted to delete my account - IMPOSSIBLE TO DELETE IT!!! I used the help section to see how , I followed the steps , but the option Delete my account doesn't exist in both version Android and desktop site. BE CAREFUL GUYS!!!

This company don't provide any contact details to their customers. Information about withdrawal transactions are not given by bitflex and nowhere to be found.

Support is non existant. If you have any problems your own your own. Need a password reset. On your own. Cant close a trade, on your own. Cant make a withdrawl. ON YOUR OWN. Do not deposit funds on this exchange you'll loose them one way or another !

How long will it take?

The app is straightforward to use + you don't need KYC. I am pretty satisfied with my trading experience with Bitflex

Had a situation where I was unable to cancel an active order due to an error with their platform. Took them over 3 days to correct this.

Update: 25/3/2024... Despite an assurance there were "actively investigating the matter to provide you with a comprehensive explanation and ensure that similar issues are prevented in the future." given on 2/3/24. I have still not received any such explanation.

Despite acknowledging and saying they "understand your frustration and disappointment regarding the significant financial loss incurred due to the delay in resolving the matter." 2/3/24 there has been no offer of any form of compensation.

Quite frankly their responses could be generated by ChatGPT for all the tangible accountability shown.

They have stuck my withdrawals and refused to share the hashcode of transaction and they say that its under review

I have been trying to close a leveraged long position on Bitcoin for 3 days and been unable to do so support have engaged but have not been able to enable me to complete the order there systems reject the order .
The possibility of a huge loss loams as we all know that bitcoins price is volatile. I would find it hard to imagine a worst problem that a trader could experience. The owners shareholders of this company would be horrified at this bug as it could easily end there platform .

Can't withdraw my funds as it requires KYC validation which has been stuck for weeks and I'm unable to contact anyone at customer support, only able to get a chat bot which gives generic answers. Make sure you confirm you can withdraw funds prior to committing any sizable amount on money.

Edit : I wanted to update this since the problem has now been resolved, however it did take almost 3 months and it appears that something actually went wrong on Bitflex's end. From 1 star to 3 stars. My experience with the platform has been good otherwise.
