NO SUPPORT, LOST TOKENS DUE TO THEIR FAULT

I've signed up for buying some B2M tokens just after the launch, they made me wait a lot of time before veryifing my ID... after several hours i got the tokens at an higher price compared at the exact time i bought them (and didnt receive untill they verified my ID several hours later).
I sent tickets about this issue and had 0 reply from them at all.
But the worst it comes when i swapped crypto into TRX and i withdrawed to an external wallet...
They never arrived, they sent to a totally different address (NOT THE ONE I'VE SENT TO), and of course NO REPLIES to my tickets.
As proof this is the Activity ID : 3b8dadc7-94f6-4974-8d21-6f1ed4c95edd, and this is the blockchain tron transaction : de9474bc12c6b5fda5962f29b24b4c93e9f2c56fdaff9da73141618a1c7a50e0 !
First of all they sent not even the full amount of TRX i originally withdrawed and as last they sent to a different address!
Im waiting for a reply to my ticket, for now stay away from this exchanger... there's no support, no communication, when you try to reach them in their TG group they arent helpful at all, asking you to wait for a reply to the tickets (replies that never come).
I will change my review only if they will fix this issue.

Do not use this service!

Do not use this service! Luckily enough, I was smart enough to test with a small amount of Matic, sent it to the bit2me wallet and 10 hours later, nothing happened. The transaction shows up on polygon scan but the amount was never added into my wallet. Looks like some sort of scam to me. Better off using trusted marketplaces. Good riddance, bit2me! Hope you get what you deserve!

Poor support

Poor support. On a market like this you have to react faster and also have to work on saturday and sunday. It's annoying.

05/11/2021 I can't access my account since the early hours of the morning. Opened a ticket....no answer; Tried to call them....phone line is down; Tried messaging them on twitter....no answer; Opened another ticket...still no answer...6 hours later i still can't accesso my account on my app or computer. What's going on? In this kind of markets you can't have this behavior....people want to buy and sell! As soon as it is available (and i hope it will...) i'll transfer my funds elsewhere, i've had enough.

Astronomical fees

Astronomical fees. On a btc purchase of 45 euro I was 12 Euro down by the time the coins were sent to the receiving address. Absolute robbery.

ABUSIVE ILLEGAL CHECKS

I registered on Saturday. I put money on my account which was directly withdrawn from my bank account. Then, I received a message asking me to send a picture of my credit card and selfie of me holding both the credit card and my passport which I did.

No answers until Monday. Then I received a new mail asking me for a utility bill and a proof of salary. I sent it. Then another email saying that the name on the contract was not mine while I have a preferred first name that I use at work. I sent a screenshot of my HR profile from my company. THIS IS TOTALLY ILLEGAL. THIS IS SEGREGATIONIST: DO NOT EXPECT ME TO REMAIN SILENT ON THAT WHILE THE MONEY WAS WITHDRAWN FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT.

Better wait for a exchange listing then participating the ICO

Tried several times to approve the KYC, no success. Even Binance KYC is easier. Give up and i do not join the ICO. By the way i never had good experiences with 2 ICO recently. rather wait for a exchange listing

They stole me 800€

Well i've sent 850€ (800, 10 and 40€) to my wallet yesterday.
And, surprise i can only see 50€ in my wallet and -850 in my bank account....🤬🤬🤬

Dishonest & slow company with bad customer service

I signed up with Bit2Me because they say on their website "Buy USDT at the best price 100% guaranteed". You can find this ad by searching "Bit2Me USDT". After depositing money I found out, that the exchange rate for USDT is much worse than the advertised rate. In fact the exchange rates on Binance, Coinbase and etc. are much better.

Additionally, everything is very slow with Bit2Me. Deposits need to be confirmed manually, otherwise they do not show up in your account. This is nowhere stated on the website and you have to call them on your own, otherwise nothing happens and you cannot access your deposit. The problem is, there is only a Spanish support number and if you call you get a Spanish computer announcement and need to click 1, 2 or 3 to proceed. There's no options to get an English translation of the announcement and if you do not click a number the call is cancelled automatically.

Another problem is that crypto withdrawals are also very slow (expect to wait multiple hours to days) and show the wrong network. I bought Matic and Bit2Me told me the payout is going to the Polygon Matic network, but instead it went to the Ethereum Network.

I recommend to NOT use Bit2Me if you want good exchange rates, a good customer service or fast transactions.

SCAM COMPANY, THEY GO AGAINST THEIR OWN POLICY TO STEAL MONEY FROM YOU!

I bought against a high price in the market because I directly wanted to convert them in another altcoin, it finally took me 1,5 days to verify my card, and only then I saw my tokens received. They applied the exchange rate at the moment of purchase and not the verification date/hour AND WITH THIS, I LOST/THEY STOLE 5,7% OF MY TOKENS.

The only response that I got back is that they said they had given me the tokens earlier but I never saw this, didn't get a notification, and is against their own policy.

TO BE HONEST, I normally would not even bother to give a 'negative review' but this time I REALLY FEEL ROBBED BY THIS COMPANY.

Great service that keeps getting better

I knew and used the bit2me service when on holiday in Spain, great to see a European based crypto startup provide a great service and very competitive market rates for a range of coins.

Since then they opened an online academy, offer courses in Spanish and English, and also have updated their website UI and UX in a great way.

Currently still using this service for small purchases on the go, accepts my credit cards (also one from an eBank) and is KYC compliant. Great work guys.
