Very poor customer service! I’m now on my third day waiting for a response. They’re quick to take your order and your money, but nowhere to be seen if you have a query. In this day and age, when shoppers rely so heavily on reviews (myself included), this is a risky strategy. I’ve seen plenty of companies fail because of poor service — it’s often the beginning of the end. It’s really not difficult: provide a decent customer service experience and people will come back time and again. Sadly, that’s not what I’ve had here.

Beautiful box and packaging. These are now being used as storage for my friends baby keep sakes. Biscuits were delicious and the bubbles were lovely (dry and crisp!). My friend was over joyed with them and it was something no one else had gotten her; it's good to gift mum and dad when lots of people gift baby things.
