Some products were out of stock, and I wasn’t able to order crepe paper streamers—I’ll need to look for those nearby. Otherwise, the items I got were just as expected, and delivery was prompt.

I've been trying to contact the company for a mo th regarding a missing item from my order. I havent heard anything at all. No reply. This is bad customer service.

The experience was great because my family was getting together for the first time since COVID . I wanted something that symbolized togetherness and found the perfect table cloths that had TOGETHER IS A GREAT PLACE TO BE on them and it was also my birthday on 12/31 which was even more memorable and special to me

They have no phone number. I order items and I never receive them I have emailed multiple times Facebook instagram everything no reply back I want the items I paid for or my money back.

I sent an email last week about things in my order missing and I haven’t heard back from anyone. I need the bottles ASAP or I am going to need to figure out something it’s for a baby shower.

I still have not received my package and it was ordered on the 7th. Shipped on the 9th. Said it would be here the 16th and still isn't and my son's bday is 2 days after christmas.....

I got a great deal on the items, but I didn’t get everything I ordered and was sent Sonic plates instead of Descendants.

I was disappointed that when I placed 2 orders from Birthday in a Box that both deliveries were missing multiple items.

I contacted the company & detailed exactly what was missing, but never received a response. I contacted them a second time with the same request, and it was never addressed.

Did receive my whole order and they won’t respond to my emails

I ordered several items for a girls, theme, baby shower. Unfortunately, I receive several items for a boys monster truck theme birthday party. The packing slip included everything from my intended purchase, but the items did not match. I’ve sent an email to the company with no response. I would like the items I purchased.
