Definitely the go-to website for everything concerning you pet birds except...
This site probably has most comprehensive selection of bird toys, foods, treats, books, playgyms, treatments for feather-plucking and other things I've seen, and they are all safe for your birds; meaning that the toys use watercolors and not paints nor dyes, both of which can be toxic to your pets. They also have an awards program which is free to join and is based upon how much you've spent over time and the points, if you have enough, can be redeemed for anything in the site. Also, if you are on his weekly mailing list, he offers special discounts, extra points, freebies and sales on certain products. The owner, Joe, is very passionate about birds, as he has several of them himself. He's also very helpful on the phone if you call him and ask him questions. I would have rated him 5 stars except for the fact that his website on my Android pnone has many glitches in it, such as downloading pages slowly, the 'search' function is not very helpful and, every time I select the 'menu' option on the upper left-hand corner, the bottom 2/3 of the website shades out and comes to a total halt. I either have to order on my laptop or make a phone call to them to place an order. In addition, one of my birds goes through an entire cuttlebone every day, and that could get expensive because he doesn't sell them in large quantities. I buy those from another large online-only retailer. I think he may be missing out on a lot of revenue by not offering this, because if he did, I'd rather order everything from him.
