Terrible company, have gone bust previously I wouldn't trust them with penny sweets let alone the future health of my kids.

Superb service
Superb service. They hold your hand every step of the way. I have no idea if we will ever need to use the stem cells from my children's teeth, but it is like an insurance policy. There are so many exciting developments in this area of science, who knows what the future will bring. And I am very happy with the service that Bioeden provide to facilitate this. A special mention of Sabina who has been my interface with the company, and has been wonderfully patient and thorough at all times.

Great company
I have found Bioeden to be efficient, extremely helpful with great customer service. The people I have spoken to are lovely and they have been extremely accommodating. I would say they have actually gone over and above to help me out with the cell storage for my three children.
