Changed the final date without telling anyone, I was even talking to customer service about the refund on the 26th and they didn't tell me it was the final day, just said I have until the 12th. Asked me to match the amount in my bingstorm and have stolen that too. They have taken thousands from me and gone quiet, can no longer contact bingstorm!
The company communicated to users there should contact customer services for fund before 12th July 2023 on their twitter page which was 19th june 2023.But all of a sudden change the date to 26th June 2023 without alerting users on the same twitter account for everyone to see now they've taken a lot of users money. Which I see as a robbery never trust bingstorm quantitative they are not safe to invest with
I want to say this, please you should stay in business with utmost good faith and serve. People may be scared to invest, but when they see that it's reliable the more patronage you will have. I would have you to serve generation to generation THANKS nice job keep it up.
