Bindia er en lokal kæde af Indiske Take Away & Dine-Ins i København siden 2003. Amer Sulman er grundlæggeren af og hovedkokken for Bindia. Hos Bindia laver vi certificeret økologisk og sund indisk mad (30-60%) - også vegansk - uden tilsætningsstoffer og konserveringsmidler. Vi bruger ikke forarbejdet mad eller frituresteger og vi tilsætter ikke hverken animalsk fedt eller farvestoffer. Vi har haft Det Økologiske Spisemærke siden 2015, hvor vi som de første i Skandinavien inden for det indiske køkken satte fokus på økologien. Og vi har en klar målsætning om forsat at blive endnu grønnere. Vores mad er inspireret af Ayurvediske opskrifter og Bindia tilbyder formentlig de største portionstørrelser af retter blandt al indisk take away. I Ayurveda fungerer mad nemlig som forebyggende medicin og som den primære drivkraft bag at holde din krop sund og dit immunforsvar stærkt. Bindia betragtes som et af de bedste indiske take-away og dine-in steder – så meget at vi nu har åbnet hele 6 steder i København. Vi har nærmest intet madspild – faktisk har vi så lidt at bevægelsen mod madspild, Too Good To Go fandt det unødvendigt at inkludere os på deres app og platform, selvom vi allerede havde underskrevet en kontrakt om samarbejde. De gode, gammeldags metoder i det indiske køkken giver nemlig maden en naturlig og bæredygtig holdbarhed. Desuden har vi alle vores madvarer på køl, og den endelige ret laves først, når du bestiller den - og vi bruger aldrig mere, end det du får. Alt fra vores bæreposer, menukort og take-away-skåle er fremstillet af 100% genanvendt, ubleget papir. Både vores poser og menukort kan sorteres som papir - men vi anbefaler at man genanvender posen så meget som muligt først. For at skålene skal kunne tåle den varme, flydende mad, er en tynd plast-coating på indersiden nødvendig. Derfor skal skåle og tilhørende låg sorteres som almindeligt husholdningsaffald. Vi støtter organisationen Plastic Change, fordi vi også vil være med til at gøre en aktiv forskel for miljøet. Al vores strøm kommer fra vedvarende energikilder certificeret af vores el-leverandør Natur Energi.

I really liked the dishes
I really liked the dishes. But the fact Bindia hiring only Indians that know Hindi, and it's all in Denmark... I consider it nazi. Whatever dishes are amazing

Excellent dishes
Food was delivered on time. We had very tasty chicken tikka masala, spinach lamb and lamb madras. Lamb madras was spicier than the rest as mentioned in the menu, but it was fantastic. All dishes were excellent!

It was super! My girlfriend and I got take away from Bindia, and we were very satisfied with it. If you aren't the type who like spicy food so much, then you'll be happy to know, that there are three spice levels to choose from.

Best Butter chicken I've ever tried
We had an excellent experience having a few dishes from Bindia for a dinner with friends. The quality is great, very delicious. The best for me and for the kids was Butter chicken that I highly recommend to everyone. The taste is bright and it melts in the mouth like honey. Sweet and spicy, this was the best Butter chicken I've ever tried.

Great service
I've had only good experience ordering takeaway from bindia.dk to the branch in Søborg. I like the spinach and lamb dish because the lamb quality is so great.
I've gotten personal reply emails for notes on my feedback survey and I'm confident they would provide excellent customer support.
The staff at the søborg location are extremely friendly and helpful and it's a pleasure to pick up the food.

I've tried Butter Chicken as take out twice.
The food taste great! I would love the possiblity to buy extra sauce to the dish, just because it's awesome with the naan bread.

Crapp price policy!
I ordered online and went to pick up my food 25 minutes later. On arrival, I was told to pay restaurant prices (and not take away prices), as I had chosen not to pay online with my VISA card when ordering, but to pay with my VISA card om arrival. Consequently, I was asked to pay 100 kr more for my take away without any meaningful reason! When I pointed out the unfairness, I was told they didn't care. Ridiculous! I love the food, but this was a really crappy experience, I feel cheated.

Price Difference Justification:
Prices for the “Pickup orders paid online are called “Orange Prices".
A. We had to increase our standard prices for us to make any kind of profit on third-party orders (Wolt / Just Eat / Hungry / Takeout):
A-1. We pay approx. 30% commission for all third-party orders.
A-2 We’re not allowed to have higher prices on the third-party portals – it must be our own standard prices.
A-3. To reward our own/bindia.dk customers we have created orange prices.
B. We want to encourage our customers to order and pay at bindia.dk because:
B-1. We’re spending no time taking the orders, entering the order into the POS system (cash register) and handling the payment.
B-2. This means we can keep staff costs at a reasonable level, and we want to reward the customers that help us in this way, by offering the best prices we possibly can.
Staff's incompetency:
I sincerely apologize on behalf of my colleague's bad customer service. We have a clear cut policy that our staff must facilitate the customers with Online Unpaid, Walk-in and Phone orders and give them a 10% discount, which she didn't. We will make sure that you will experience the best customer service next time. :)
