The wallpaper ("eastern landscape") unfortunately arrived much more pixelated than expected — the pixels were so large they were clearly visible from a normal viewing distance. On the website the image looks fine, but the preview image is very small and can’t be zoomed in on a phone, so there’s no real way to judge the print quality beforehand. The second wallpaper we ordered was slightly better, though still not the quality we had hoped for. Because of that, we initially felt quite disappointed, especially since customer service didn't recognise the issue at first and returning it would have meant paying high shipping costs to Poland.

That said, after contacting customer service again, the issue was handled properly and we did receive our money back, which we really appreciated.

Overall, while the product quality didn’t fully meet expectations, the customer service resolved the situation fairly, which is why I’ve adjusted this to a 4-star review. Just be aware of the image resolution when ordering and try to check previews carefully.

Price might be high, but they provide High quality wallpapers. Which looks really vibrant

I was quite disappointed with this wallpaper. The material feels thin and paper-like, not durable at all. The finish is dull, the print is poor, and the gradient is uneven with noticeable color differences between the strips. As an experienced wallpaper installer, I expected much better quality for the price. In the future, I’ll stick with companies like Photowall (not a paid promotion), which are more expensive but offer wallpaper of far superior quality.

Ordered begin of august 2025, received order confirmation and after that radio silence. I've sent them an email regarding the status but again nothing. Possibly a scam, watch out.

Update: i eventually did receive the item.

The wallpaper we bought was as good in real as on the site, maybe even better. The quality was very good and therefore it was a piece of cake to put it on the wall. In just one and a half hour it was done. Everybody who comes in the room say: woow What is that beautiful. We are very happy also with the result and we can recommend everybody to buy at bimago also because they have an enormous fine collection.

The wallpaper was perfect. Exactly like in the pictures, good quality and easy to put up. Also the measurements were perfect and panels numbered well. Fast delivery.

There is no return policy.
They sell wallpaper, I bought wallpaper with patterns, but they send me some normal paper in color black (not wallpaper). There is no way to return it. I called but the telephone does not accessible/exists. Be aware that it is a fraud website!

It's a beautifull portret and the delivery was fast and packet tightly.
