Great Customer Service
I recently needed a lock for a new garden gate. I called billigsikring but to be frank I did not expect much in terms of customer service and was resigned to my fate of having to go to the local Låsebutik and pay a lot of money. I was naturally surprised when a very helpful Joachim answered the phone, taking the time to discuss my situation and mailing me a list of all the parts I needed and making a recommendation that was cheaper than my first thought, saving me nearly DKK 1,000 kroner!
Highly recommended and will definitely use them for all my security needs again
