The product did not attach to my wall…

The product did not attach to my wall just to tiles. Product is advertised as wall suited but it is actually not.
Be warned!
Wasted 100euros. On top of that not the nicest and quickest customer service
As product wasn’t attaching to wall I contacted them and they advised to test surface with a primer without specifying the specific type to use and without guaranteeing process would work
Absolutely terrible!! who treats a wall with a primer to end end up with the risk the panel won’t be adhering afterwards?? I literally chocked it in the bin.
