Ordered and paid for part for Mash X Ride in jun 2026. Got a message the part is currently not on stock, which can happen. But now in august 2026 still no part delivery and no response to my Emails.
Do not use this company. Sent them an order for fuel pump for mash black 7.They recorded my order as a cash sale which incurred me interest on my credit card. They took full payment for order and then informed me parts was not in stock. Took nearly one month for parts to arrive and then arrived broken.I sent them photos and email on day of delivery and requested exchange part but no response. Now involved with PayPal to try and resolve. Would suggest to anybody try else where as this company has zero after sales help and service. Had to use the fuel pump broken as son needed bike for work. Very very poor
