A big zero for those guys
A big zero for those guys, after buying my components for years and years i very dissapointed i had a big problem with a pair off mtb wheels and that after i returned the wheels 2times just to get them straighten/centered and after 2 rides the hub allready start making noise they did not help me out and didn't even take responsibillity if i would have know i would never purchased anything ir any stuff from their website a big scam for me

Spare part BATTERY DI2 out of shelf life
Order recieved on time and communication good but the spare part received ( Battery DI2 shimano) was not ok .
Old than one year and empty.

Orders not delivered, 6 week wait for refund
I made two orders, neither of which turned up due to incorrect customs documents. The first order was refunded however I am still waiting on the second refund after 6 weeks. I have emailed multiple times, they are slow to respond and are not available to talk on the phone. I would advise anyone ordering from Spain to place your order with Bike Discount, R2 bikes or any other company that understands customs procedures and provides good service when things go wrong.

Very disappointed
Very disappointed. The wheels I bought were advertised 'bike-discount GB'. I naturally assumed that this was there uk stock but instead had a £280 import duty once they arrived. Bike components did not respond to emails or messages. I could have bought this wheelset in the UK at the same price once I'd paid the taxes!
