One of their award winning Kitchen fitters is a cowboy. He fitted our kitchen so badly that the entire kitchen installation had to be put in a skip, & the whole kitchen re done by another installer. He is still advertising on their site. I did email, but never got a reply back from bikbbi. So be careful if you think that their members are a trusted trader.
