Flimsy remote control broke and you can't get a replacement. Company won't even get back to you. Wish I'd never bought a treadmill from bigzzia. Awful product and zero customer service, avoid!

I bought this treadmill from livingsocial. When I tried to use it, the remote did not work like the rest of the reviews. Im not sure if I will even try to contact them as it looks like no one had a joy of receiving a reply from them but will try anyway and will update my review.

I need to purchase a replacement remote...this is the response I received from customer service on August 11, 2022:

What does "finding information about me in the system" have to do with purchasing a replacement remote for their product?

Strange.

I too bought a Bigzzia treadmill on Amazon, junk, received it in January and now the first of August, going in the dumpster, it started smelling really bad then bang, the motor stopped, I will never purchase another product from them.

I have to agree with others after sales service is rubbish , I bought a Bigzzia pressure washer off of Amazon , the washer is fine but I want to purchase a patio cleaner / surface cleaner attachment and wanted to know if they made one , was told to get in touch with Amazon ???? this I found very strange do they not know themselves if they manufacture such an attachment. Rubbish customer support although happy at the moment with the pressure washer I will never make another purchase from them.

Bought a treadmill through eBay but after a year if has stopped working. Tried contacting customer support and got response back that I need to contact EBay! EBay don’t fix treadmills!! Rubbish company and big waste of money.

Bought "Bigzzia Motorised Treadmill, Under Desk Treadmill Portable Running Machine with Remote Control and LCD Display" from Armadadeals.

After 1 year it is not working anymore, contacted Armadadeals Customer Service and they said that the warranty is just 6 months "Apologize that is beyond the scope of our jurisdiction, as it has been over 6-months warranty. ", so I have to say that I was lucky it lasted 1 year.

Just like everyone else I purchased a pink BIGZZIA treadmill through Amazon last year and the remote stop working within 3 months. I reached out to Amazon first and it wasn’t to much they could do then to BIGZZIA, unfortunately I got no where. This was a waste of money and time, never again.

Bought a treadmill for Xmas gift. Cannot register the warranty as they don’t answer their emails 🤬
Also bought their extended warranty but no doubt, that’s about as useful as

BIGZZIA UK - company is a scam. Bought a treadmill and they have not responded to emails regarding returns. Does anyone know how to stop these unscrupulous people scamming people? Hi

I bought a Bigzilla treadmill as well and the remote stoped working. I sent a message to their e-mail and messenger . They responded asking me for my order ID and after I sent it no response. I have sent 4 messages and still nothing. The fact that they don't have a contact number or address is kind of strange. If I would have known that this was going to happen I would have never purchased it.

The remote doesn't work with the treadmill rendering it useless. Avoid.

Purchased a treadmill from this company through The Range. Bigzzia are quoted as a trusted partner with there products listed on The Ranges' website. The product was faulty at initial use and this resulted in the plastic trim cover melting due to friction, with this burning a patch in my carpet.
2 weeks after recording this issue with Biggzia I am still awaiting a response
The Range have become involved but also have failed to obtain a response.

Bought a treadmill nearly 3 months ago and registered for warranty, 2 months later the motor does not work. Sent and email on their website through the warranty page, sent an email, a second email and a message on their facebook page and nearly 3 weeks later still no reply from them, what a poorly made product and lack of customer support, their wsebsite has no support page, they dont have a contact number or a managing director when searching on google to contact even. Lots of money down the drain especially when the warranty leaflet that came with the treadmill even had all of the info on. Seems to be lacking in customer service, i am out of options for trying to contact them to have the treadmill looked at, fixed, replaced or anything at this point.
