Absolutely shocking experience. Roll of 60 pack poultry paper. Doesn’t get delivered. So they resend it but a 4 pack of toilet rolls. Been trying to get them to reimburse me and pick up the 4 pack - not having any luck whatsoever. The worst online order I have ever made so don’t buy from the marketplace. Run by a bunch of scammers!!!

Absolutely ludicrous. Designed by a toddler. 2 factor authentication that requires FOUR layers of security? To buy a bloody toaster?! Are you actually serious?? Sign in. Face ID - check. Password - check. email verification (are you serious? wasting my time? Fine. I'll do that too.) STILL NOT ENOUGH. Wants a mobile verification too. Old mobile number. Can't get the code. Can't update the mobile number without signing in. Need the mobile to sign in. ARE YOU ACTIVELY TRYING TO LOSE CUSTOMERS? Mission accomplished. Easiest solution? Never shop at Big W again. Simple. I hope you guys are happy.

WARNING! Do NOT BUY from Big W Marketplace! I don't have the energy to write everything here so I'll just say - use TEMU or any other Supplier that has a proper Return/Refund Policy. These crooks must rake in the millions with unsuspecting buyers thinking that they are dealing with Big W and fair policies. 'Not fit for purpose' has different meaning depending on who the Seller is. And BIG W Marketplace Support is ineffective at resolving issues raised. I have been fighting for a $7.40 refund for weeks. The Seller FORCED me, after delaying for weeks, into an e-gift card. No they are not allowed to, but no one cares. My online escalation - the path advised by Support by clicking the email link they sent resulted in NIL acknowledgement or record of my concern. Took me 15 minutes to write it. How convenient.

Missing order. Tried to speak to a person at BigW. Unable to understand the accent. Why do companies employ people who obviously don't speak our language accent? Call dropped out. She didn't bother to phone me back. Great service BigW. Maybe change your name to Bigfailures!

If I could rate big w marketplace a zero star I would, ordered my package it was a Christmas tree bag, took a while to be delivered, then when I opened the package with my hand's I found the Xmas bag had been sliced by a boxing knife, ruined the item, tried contacting big w supports team and they have been no help and just dismissed my issue, sending me an email that is was resolved when it has not been, it has now been 5 weeks since ordered and still no solution.

Do not buy from Big W Marketplace. I will never buy again as it is all junk. It's difficult to return items and you lose your postage as well as pay another. Im disgusted at their service and i am a big fan of Big W.

Although after discussion with the seller he refunded me promptly and I was very happy with the prompt reply and refund.

If I could give zero stars I would. Cheap and nasty and response from the seller is pitiful. NEVER EVER EVER will I order from marketplace again and quite honestly am now wary about buying from Big W itself, if they support these sellers

The worst change of mind return experience ever. I am surely not recommending market place to anyone, actually going to bring it up in every conversation I have with friends family and at work to discourage everyone from choosing marketplace products.

I paid initial delivery fee to get the item. When I found out i accidentally ordered wrong product, paid double the amount to ship it back hoping to get atleast the price of product back.
And then I find out that another $28 has been deducted for restocking. This is an absolute scam.
Paying apuned a $100 for a mistaken order where I returned the product untouched.
Utterly disappointed .
This is by far the worst shopping experience I have ever had .

I’m a size 14 but I ordered a 16 so they’d be roomy.
They are very thin and the pants are way too tight.
I looked at how to return them. So you can get a label online and take them to Australia Post but there’s a cost of $15.
As they cost $25, I’ll just be giving them away with a note saying they’re small.
Will not be buying from Big W again.

Had the most frustrating experience. Big W Marketplace is not big W. They just dropship items without any support. They make you contact the seller separate to Big W Marketplace. The items are poor quality and if you have to return it you go around in circles and end up paying the full return shipping. For me that was almost $50 to return an item.

Never again. This should be illegal

Placed an order on 13th May 1-4 days delivery.
I checked my Tracking today 15th May and it informed me my Order Date was 17th May, 2 days in the future.
What a Joke, holding my Order and Money for 5 Days for no reason

When the goods arrived they were very uncomforable . To return them it was at our own expense and would have cost $350 each to return . I had 5 items all chairs.
The response from Big W marketplace was unconcerned and matter of fact.
Very poor service

Intimate Brands on Big W Marketplace sends new clothing, in sealed packaging, that comes already stained by fake tan and makeup.
As if it has been worn before.
You can probably imagine our disappointment and disgust.
Solid "no" from me. Will not be buying again.

Rude old miserable staff at return counter. Next time I refuse to be served by these cranky staff that think there it .

It's getting crazy products I want you have to get on big marketplace which I won't do, get rid of it and sell in store, I just go to another shop and get it, big w going down hill

I am totally dissatisfied with this side I bought a dog trailer for a bike around $130 only to find when opened it's was damaged in many places the offered 20 %refund which I refused so the said bin we will send another on opening the second one same issues total waste of money and time never again just a nightmare

I ordered two Akai monitors for my home worstation. One of them was new and working perfectly. The other had several defects and damages (dead pixels, scratches on the display, and damaged VESA mount screw hole) and was clearly not a new item. Very disappointed.

Still waiting on Delivery, over 9 days and nothing.

Will not buy again with Big W

Unfortunately, I will never buy anything again through Big W Marketplace. I've had probably one of the worst experiences when doing any purchase, either in store or online. I was looking for a specific perfume, a fragrance, uh, to purchase, um, and Big W Marketplace shown to have it available. So I decided to purchase two because it's not easy to find, and um no problems, no nothing, um, when I did the purchase. One week's gone, two weeks gone. At the third week, I received the tracking number from the reseller. The vendor that Big W uses to deal with. Unfortunately, the experience from that point onwards was horrible. The tracking number and the goods have never been delivered. After many emails, phone calls, more than one month, dealing with Big W and attention, customer service for Big W was fantastic, but dealing with this vendor with the name of Fresh Cosmetics and me saying, I still want the goods, Fresh Cosmetics people stay away from them. They don't have the product in-house. You pay and they order after from whoever, whatever, and came to a point that I threatened them with consumer affairs after they wanted my product and this fresh cosmetics business was just horrible. And to silence me, they ended up refunding the goods. So, I'll say this, for Big W marketplace or Big W stores, never again, because you should choose properly the people you wanna do business with. Regarding this fresh cosmetics business, it is simply embarrassing, shameful. You guys are a disgrace. Businesses like yours should be shut down by the people of power, the people that can make those sort of decisions, because you guys are a disgrace. I could leave attached the many emails that I have to prove that what I'm saying is accurate!

I got it delivered within 48 hours. Item in perfect brand new condition.

It was my first purchase on Big W Marketplace. I was sceptical at first after reading many poor reviews on Big W Marketplace but my purchase was great, couldn't be better.

Paid around $280 instead of $400+ at other places. Fast delivery.
