While the process for acquiring tickets…
While the process for acquiring tickets had some unfamiliar steps that initially caused stress, the chat support team was exceptional. I used the service four separate times, and every agent was amazingly helpful, patient, and resolved my issues completely. Their excellent support turned a frustrating experience into a positive one.

Ticket scalpers trying to trick people into thinking they are official
Bought tickets thinking they were official because I didn't happen to read the fine print. Turns out I paid way more than I should have for the event I wanted to attend. Realized the mistake right after I checked out and it said "you won't receive tickets until the day before the event". So I reached out to customer support and they basically said "tough shit". Just an unethical company that scams people into paying more for tickets by pretending to be official. Doesn't actually provide any value to society.

Tough ticket buying experience this time but good support
Rough experience getting event tickets but good support. Bought my tickets a month in advance. Tickets still weren't transferred a few days before. I expressed concern, but was told to sit tight. Tickets weren't transferred a day before, same thing. A few hours before the show, they indicated to me that I never actually had any tickets and refunded. My friends and I were scrambling to find other tickets on resale, no luck. Luckily getting a refund was not an issue at all and we were even further compensated for our trouble which I greatly appreciate.
