Dishonest.
Ordered a $200 Amazfit Active 2 watch and they sent me a cheap $50 imitation watch instead. The watch won’t sync with the Amazfit app as it is not genuine. Stay away from Bigface.

Terrible company. Shouldn't be allowed to trade on trademe. Have taken unauthorised extra payments
SHOCKING TIME FRAME FOR SENDING MY (1) PRODUCT ORDERED. I HAVE BEEN FORCED AFTER MANY EMAILS BACK AND FORWARDS, TO ORDER A "REFUND," IMMEDIATELY. MY SUGGESTION, IF I COULD GIVE 0- ZERO MINUS, I WOULD, DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER CARE. NO GOOD AND DISHONEST. SHOCKING SERVICE
I would give-5 stars if possible, this company is just scammers, i purchased what should have been halo headlights for my car, turned out it was just a rgb light strip in a circular shape, absolutely shit quality, shit customer service, i asked for a refund within the 7 days which is a policy on trade me, first off they offered to send the actual wiring harness that should have came with it originally, I said I wanted it refunded and I would send back their junk, then they tried to offer a 20% refund, I said no, I want to send their junk back for a full refund, then they tried to offer a 40% refund to which I gave the same answer, i honestly wouldn't purchase anything from this company unless you don't mind getting half assed rubbish, they should be banned from trademe
Bought from this company through TradeMe.
Item was 'Dog Repeller For Aggressive Dog Ultrasonic Ultra Power Dog Repellents Anti Bark'.
I bought the Dog Repeller mainly to quell the constant barking of my neighbour’s dog.
Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. So first comment – it’s unreliable.
It says that it has three switch positions for outcomes: first as a torch. Then it says there are two more positions for the switch but I can only make it one.
There are no “flashing LEDs” as stated. Lights just stay steady.
When I first turned it on it produced a bright red laser beam !!!!!!!! Hasn’t occurred again but weird.. (and if I’m not wrong, an illegal import.)
Also, I appreciate the repeller is not made in NZ but makers really need to get proper translations for the instructions. Here is a sample of what is just gobbledegook. “Super-bright flashing LED’s also make the dog clear where the source and location of the products is in order to understand what you are against it. The longer stay in this position, the greater the sonic wave to him, which left helter-skelter.” Goodness me
My husband purchased a dressing gown from this company via TradeMe. The item arrived in good time and the site had said that it was shipped from China. The gown was of poor quality with threads hanging off in a number of places. It was not cotton flannel as described but a polyester material. I contacted the company and was offered 40% refund. Contacted again and offered 70% refund. Site says 100% satisfaction and easy NZ returns. On 3rd email and quoting from the Consumer Guarantee Act they returned 100% including shipping. Company did the right thing. Our bad for purchasing overseas.
The ‘Makita’ tool is a poor quality counterfeit. They do not respond promptly
DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS!!!
I order a pair of gym wrist straps but they sent one which took 3weeks and now its been over 2months and still nothing!!
THEY ARE BASED IN CHINA WITH NZ WEBSITE!!!
DO NOT BUY SCAM!!!!!!!
This company has a .co.nz website, but their products are drop-shipped from China. This matters because I ordered a lithium phone battery, the sort of thing not accepted for air travel.
More than a week after I placed my order I'd still received neither an order confirmation email nor a tracking number.
I opened a PayPal case and a tracking was assigned to the parcel. The store emailed me and tried to pressure me to close the case. They claimed "customs takes longer for sensitive goods", but I could see that the parcel wasn't even collected from them until 20th March, almost three weeks after my original order and well after the tracking number was assigned to the package.
The package was returned by Chinese customs to the seller and signed for by them - unsurprising - but they haven't replied to my email and PayPal is still reviewing the case.
Avoid; they're not in NZ and it is really not worth the time and hassle.
