Easy of ordering and fast delivery

Absolutely lovely sign and great quality. Only downfall was they forgot a letter in my daughter’s name. I didn’t contact them as needed the sign for occasion and replacement wound get here on time. Postage takes a good 2 weeks definitely worth the wait if all spelling was all correct. Lucky we can get away with out the missing letter.

I ordered a sign for my son's christening two weeks in advance. It had still not arrived two days before so I contacted Big Day Signs and they said it was down as sent in their system but would send again. I ordered an A3 PVC sign but unfortunately did not receive anything to this effect. Instead I received a pathetic A4 piece of paper which I could have printed myself. No answer when I tried to ring the company several times, and no reply to my email. Terrible customer service, very disappointing. I will be sure not to order from here again.

Very happy with the signs, one small thing I thought the school crest would be bigger, but overall delighted with them.

I was panicking that the delivery wouldn’t arrive on time but after a phone call with the owner, she couldn’t have been more helpful with getting it together and shipped off in time for me. Everyone complimented the beautiful sign too. We were thrilled. I’d highly recommend for any occasion
