This company is an absolute scam – do NOT ever use them. I purchased a Peter Thomas Roth eye cream that was advertised as a eye tightening cream for $43.97, but instead they sent me a cheap, inferior “S-O-U-G” cream that means nothing, does nothing, and is worth nothing. I waited over a month for delivery, and when I complained, they offered me a ridiculous $8 refund. I found the same product on Temu for only $2.75 !!! Total scam, false advertising, and terrible service. Avoid them at all costs!!!!

Dont buy here....they will sent other stuff then you ordered and then refuse to act.

I bought 2 prs. of jeans, both were Tall, one pair size 10, one pair size 12, figuring one of them would fit. I waited several weeks to get them. I was sorely disappointed, the inseam for both pairs was barely 31.5". I buy tall jeans often, and the inseam is usually a minimum of 33". To be fair, I missed where the website stated that the inseam for tall was 32", I probably wouldn't have ordered anything. When I requested info on how to return these jeans, including being willing to pay the return postage, I got nothing! This company is not a good company to do business with! Don't buy these jeans!!!!!

**COMPLETE SCAM**
I bought Shilajit from this company. It never arrived. I contacted support with proof from Canada Post that it never arrived in Canada, they proceeded to call me a liar even though I sent them a copy of an email stating exactly what I explained to them. They still refused to do anything. They are not honest, and will take your money without sending anything. DO NOT BUY FROM BIGBICYCLMN. They will not send you what you ordered, and if they do, it will not be what you wanted, or what was advertised.

My experience with the Christmas tree purchases the same as others on the site. I have photos if anyone is interested, that shows what is being advertised compared to what is actually sent. I suggest you be persistent in requesting a refund either from PayPal or your credit card company. Enough people complain. Maybe something will get done.

Another person that brought a 16.4ft Multicoloured LED Christmas Tree and got 1 short string of fairy lights. Their complaints dept is an automated AI responder so you have no chance of getting a settlement.

SCAMMERS. They advertised Judy Blue jeans on sale. I purchased a pair and a month later I still had not received anything. When I started looking into it I found that this company is in China. I never received anything. They claim it was delivered and won't refund my money. They are scamming thieves. Do not buy anything g from these people.

My order a 16ft mega tree never arrived even though tracking said it was delivered! I have tried several times contacting this company but all the send are links that don't work .I am reporting this to the Better Business Bureau.

Do not buy any thing form this company the are scammers and sell you items and send you is garbage, they just seal your hard eared money and send you garbage, and they do not respond to emails etc.

SCAM I ordered Christmas Tree Lights, using their example, a full tree light up with several strands of lights, but received one string of lights at a cost of 36.88, cannot contact them for a refund! Going to go thru credit card to try to get it! SCAN

Buyer beware. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I to fell for the awesome deal for a 16.4ft LED Christmas tree and received a 16ft single strip of lights! Shame on me!

I ordered a 16 foot tree with lights and got a crappy string of lights. What a scam. Site is very misleading. Stay away!

SCAM Alert!! Don't buy from this company. Photos and description of product is fraudulent. I ordered the Christmas tree decoration and received a single string of lights. Good luck getting my money back. There is no method to do a return.

What an absolute joke these guys are !! Ordered a big tree for Christmas and yet I receive a bloody 10m light strip!!! My order says tree that I ordered yet apparently according to them it wasn't. What a scam! Don't bother wasting your money!
