I have made multiple orders with BBTS. And orders are legit. They never mark up any hard to get items like the other online stores.
Shipping is fast to CA.

This review applies to internationally shipped items, not those sent within the US. A mixed service in the end. Firstly I need to qualify that BBTS is NOT a scam company as some reviewers here have claimed. They are a genuine toy seller that are (I have to admit) just not as slick and well-oiled as their social media presence and website suggests. I made an order that on Jan 4th for a rare item that BBTS was selling at least 25% cheaper the minimum price on Ebay. It was still expensive, but now within my price range. The shipping estimate was two weeks from final shipping, which would have been a Jan 21st arrival. It ended up turning up on May 11th, after many stressful email exchanges, a refund that was then returned and numerous requests for an investigation turned down in order to 'wait' a bit longer. When the item turned up it was perfectly packaged and in perfect condition, so all ended well, but it was a stressful experience altogether. If you dont mind long shipping times with no warning as to when the item will show, BBTS are definitely for you. Look elsewhere however if you require reliable shipping and initial timeframes roughly met.

Poor communication from the company regarding tracking information and expected delivery dates. In the end I had to raise a case with PayPal to get any answers out of this company, following which they restricted my account with no warning or explanation.

Not too happy with them I spent a lot of money through the years I got a package that was crushed their answer was this product was not graded but they forget what it says underneath package is new and excellent condition even then they will not make me the customer happy

I’ve been a BBTS ( Marvel & DC ) Customer well over 20yrs and I can say they are by far the best toy collection store out there hands down!!!

Couldn’t find Marvel action figure in uk so found the bigbadtoystore on internet. Had everything I wanted and at excellent price. Obviously delivery expensive from USA but looking at eBay and Amazon prices worked out cheaper!! . Delivered within two weeks and in excellent condition. Brilliant

Amazing service! I pre ordered a toy and they took my money when they shipped it out which was about 2 months later. Received within two weeks when shipped out. Perfect condition.

I've been using BigBadToyStore for over 2.5 years, with hundreds of pre-orders, several shipments, and a few customer service dealings.

They are as legitimate as you can get while being extremely trustworthy with your money. They have flexible shipping options, great packing, solid shipping times considering COVID, and a robust account management page.

The spotlight belongs to their invaluable pile of loot system, allowing you to consolidate, manage, and ship your items with ease, with a very generous holding time of up to 90 days.

Their customer service is perfectly fine, as they've handled returns and exchanges on my end with ease and no complications.

While pre-order delays are an out of house issue, they do receive items a lot slower than most other retailers, so if you are someone who needs their items day one, try importing as an alternative.

Very cool site and very good people. The only downside is, it takes forever for them to actually get products. But once they do, they ship very fast and very secure. Never had a problem.

received four pops today, two of them were horribly damaged. Dinopool number 777, and backyard griller number 774.

I've had several dealings with them and by far they are easier to deal with them ANY other online store, including Walmart! There my go to place for all things toys. Great experience every single time. Nothing at all to complain about there the gold standard in my book. This is the place to order from guys and gals.

I just have to say this is the best gundam website there is in my opinion! They have the best selection of kits. They have the greatest/friendliest customer service I have ever seen! All around amazing experience. Can’t wait to give them more business in the future.

BBTS is great. Yes, FedEx shipping is garbage, but the company is great. Pre-orders can take a bit of time but they are pretty open about shipping expectations. I've ordered multiple times with no issues.

As I scroll through the reviews... I would first like to point out, that, I am neither a bot, not an employee or friend of the people who operate BBTS. Second, it sucks to be you lot who have had bad experiences with them. I think most of you are clear-cut cases of "didn't read the fine print"... These pre-order complaints are unwarranted, because, clearly none of you read when the figures were being released, and it clearly says on their site, that, arrival times are only an estimation, and are not guaranteed... Again; read, people. Many times, delayed pre-orders are a direct result of production, especially with certain manufacturers. Retailers, as arbitrary a profession as it may be, can't be blamed for their shipments not arriving on time. I have ordered from BBTS on six separate occasions, and have never had issue with stock, shipping, or my pre-orders. And, those claiming they're overpriced; go to ebay and deal with bottom-dwelling scalpers, or ridiculous markup on Amazon. Or try your luck at Walmart and target, if you can beat the parasites. I can't speak on the efficiency of their customer service, because I'm not a buffoon, and all my orders have gone smoothly. I will end with saying, if you're spending, annually, $10,000 on toys and statues, you really need to reevaluate your morals as a human being...

I have been shopping with Bigbadtoystore for several year now and I felt I should write a review of my experiences with them. The store is very well laid out and fun to browse though. When I order and receive my item its always well packaged and the toy is in great condition. Customer service is brilliant, they've helped me replace broken parts that have been caused by my own stupidity. I recommend you give them a look.

So disappointing to see the bad reviews. My experience was excellent!! I'm a huge fan of the recent MOTU Origins line. It's near impossible to find many of the figures in stores, and online prices are ridiculous.

I saw that bbts had what I was looking for in stock, but I've also seen some pretty negative reviews. Desperate, I gave them a chance. WOW did they deliver!!

Prices are in line with what the figures are supposed to sell for in stores. I got notification of processing as soon as I ordered. The very next day, I got notification that my order had shipped. A total of 3 days after making the purchase; I received all of my items in excellent condition safely and carefully packaged. BBTS has gracefully earned a very happy new and soon to be returning customer!!!

i got a bad fhone for chrismas it was 7 years old and i got kicked out of every game. it started to get frustrating. i tried reseting the wi fi did not work. i turned it of and on did not work. so pass the apple fhone its a waest of time and money to get it working.

Love this site. Don't listen to these bad reviews, a lot of these people are blaming manufacturer pre-order times on the site, clearly just not familiar with the toy community. Can be slow to get the item shipped, but we'll worth it for the pile of loot system and flat rate shipping. They're toys people, you don't need them that urgently. And that's coming from someone who refreshes the tracking info every two minutes.

I ordered a richard simmons figure. The first one never arrived. They sent me a replacement. That one also never arrived. I believe that this is a scam site at this point. I'm not sure what they are shipping because I do get a tracking number yet somehow BOTH packages were either not delivered or stolen after delivery, something that I would find highly coincidental. A police report has been filed.

Every time I've ordered from this site I have had to wait months for my package. Yes even when it's in stock, and yes years before COVID-19. My first order I had to call on 3 separate occasions for them to approve my card. Now with this last product I had to wait 9 months and it showed up on Christmas eve REEKING of cigarette smoke. That's some heavy smoking going on to survive for days inside the cardboard box. Absolutely unacceptable. I suggest buying from any other website you trust. Don't deal with these people. I've bought several things from them over the last 5 years to give them another chance and each time has been frustrating.
