They actually stole my money

I ordered beers for around € 180 but they took my money and never send me the beers. First they made a bunch of excuses via mail and then they just started ignoring me completely for months. Eventually they cancelled my order but they still haven't returned my money and they don't respond to my mails. They claim to have a customer service number you can call but nobody ever answers.

Also, their site is so badly translated that it's almost incomprehensible.
