As a contract and bid proposals manager, I work with many different bid notification providers. I have to say BidPrime remains at the top in reference to their customer service and AI feature sets. BidPrime is by far the best value platform of this type. No matter who I work for in the future, I will advocate for a subscription to BidPrime.

BidPrime is my best go-to!
BidPrime is the primary source for most of my bidding opportunities. I love that I can have so many bids to choose from based on your suggestions. I'd say keep on doing what you are doing, because it works for our company. Occasionally, I do find the error of the wrong state being posted to a solicitation, but that's only been a few times. Other than that, I think you are doing great work and I know I will get a quick response from your team should I have any questions or issues.

I would and have recommended this application to other business owners
This application is the best I have come across in years. I love that I can find all of my targeted bids in one location. Additionally, the search feature that is set up for me with all of the keywords that make finding projects smoother was perfect. This is a low-maintenance application with high returns.

Super useful and customizable solution
Chrissy Jaques has helped me out on multiple occasions. Back in August, she offered to give me a full rundown of how BidPrime works from a functionality perspective and she was very professional, thorough and her insights extremely beneficial. You can tell she loves her job and is extremely knowledgeable and patient. The advantage that puts us on top
We have been using this platform to monitor contracts for commercial maintenance over the past several years! Now we are in a position to take on more work and because we use bidprime we are always in the loop as soon as the contract comes out, giving us an advantage to prepare RFP responses in a polished manner.
