an absolut unserios company. i am checking now since 2 weeks to get a bike. web—side not actual / bike not available / also offerd alternatives, the same. 2 weeks lost in vacation. hopeful to get the downpayment back.

Placed my order 09/01/2021 and received it today, 25/01/2021. 16 days when the delivery time was supposed to be 3/5 days (reason why i bought from this website)
They reply all massages in one day time but only saying "we are waiting for our suplier (more than one week on that) or we have done our part but we will check with the courrier (never got an update on that) "
So i've lost two weekends waiting a part that was supposed to be delivered in 5 days.
Another thing is that the package label was incomplete. Courier had to call me to get more info.
That was a bad experience.

I first got not a bad, a horrible experience with them and the way they work. Sure was due to covid crissis so they had less people working and all was a bit complicated...
