These shoes were USED!! Uppers; scratched, scuffed and dented. Soles; both dirty, right heel crumbling and gnarly, stickers removed with sticky squares remaining. WORST of all, the elastic that holds the shoes on was corrodding with one almost broken! I feel robbed- I paid postage BOTH WAYS! I cant imagine they will try sending them to anyone else they really are a mess. To add further insult, I signed up but didn't even get the 10% off for doing so.... it would have at least negated the shipping. . NO STARS!!!!

Absolutely horrible experience. I sent the return two weeks ago and while it has been received by Bianco office in Norway, the refund has still not been issued. When I asked the customer service, they said it is still on its way to Poland but I bought and returned the product in NORWAY. Don't buy from this company if you want the option for a return and a refund.

I spent 130 euro on the Bianna Knee high boots which I was totally in love with. After wearing them a few times the sole collapsed into the platform. They are completely unwearable and I am so disappointed as I had planned to wear them on my trip to New York and had to then buy new boots from another brand which left me out of pocket before my trip. Super disappointing, shoes should last longer than a few months, this is not SHEIN or Primark, I bought these as I assumed the quality would be good. What a waste of money.

Horrible experience ordering with Bianco. I ordered espadrilles with them, however their shipping company Bestseller sent me a cheap cardigan from Vero Moda instead. It's the same tracking code so 100% they made a mistake and sent me something from the wrong brand. I am trying to contact Bianco and Beststeller for a couple of weeks now: by phone they just hang up after some seconds and by e-mail I am only getting automatic responses asking if 'my problem has already been fixed'. Which of course it has not been. It's impossible to get a real person to help me and to get my actual order. I do not recommend this company.

Spend 30 minutes in line at their store and found our they didn't have the right shoe og the ones i wanted. Only the left one.

Waste of time. Won't be coming back.
