Ordered a McAlpine TSG50SS gully trap from this outfit 2 days later received an e mail details below. Unable to supply no explanation.
I have telephoned left messages and e mails ZERO RESPONSE.
They have taken my money but 3 days later still no refund.

Refuse to take returns

Bought a shower trap from them, it turned up a couple of weeks later. Turns out it didnt quite fit.
Looked at the T&Cs for returns..you must email before you send it (alarm bells started ringing!) then they take off 25% for "restocking".
OK so i thought i'd take the hit.
EMailed them..... no response
Waited...... no response
Sent the shower trap back with all the returns forms
Courier tried 3 times to deliver
Eventually it gets returned to back to me
Looks like its been opened as the packaging i put it in had been opened
Emailed...no response
facebook messenger...no response
I'll put it down to experience and go to Screwfix in future.

I needed a specific HiB LED Bathroom…

I needed a specific HiB LED Bathroom Mirror urgently and phoned the Company to enquire about ordering the required product. The gentleman on the phone was very supportive and referred me to their website. Unfortunately the specific product I required was not listed. I phoned the gentleman back and although this was a non-listed line, he made it possible for me to order this product.
Thanks to Tony who processed the order so that it was possible to hit the deadline for ordering and I picked up the mirror directly from their showroom today. Such great customer care, many thanks and very happy to recommend your business.

We are extremely pleased with our…

We are extremely pleased with our bathroom, The HTS team are very professional, friendly workers. Always left the place tidy. We had a couple of issues which they sorted in a timely manner and we are more than happy with the result. They always made sure that we were happy with each stage of the process and we are very happy to recommend them.

Think carefully before order from here!

Anyone thinking of buying stuff here, either look somewhere else or put order in like months before u need it cause people here specially the manager seem to not care about your order which cause delay in ordering etc,

Here I got to Amit they offer a very competitive price but many items isn’t update eventhou they cannot get it they will still leave it on website for u to get confuse about. My advice just pay little more somewhere else and u Will definately get your stuff on-time then, here u hope to safe little (which I did) but in the end I wasted a week + have to pay little more somewhere else anyway, waste of time here! Very disappointed!

We all care about all customers and all orders, unfortunately with your order there was one product that was discontinued which we advised you of, however as we tried to resolve this with you and select an alternative we missed the cut off for ordering with our supplier. We do appreciate that you had requested the order be complete and sent however we were unable to get this order in time. I am very sorry for the delay and inconvenience, the product will be removed from our website now that we have been advised it is discontinued. We all strive to provide good customer service and provide the products to you at good prices and quick leadtime and I am sorry on this occasion this did not happen, it certainly does not mean we do not care.

Bath hasn't arrived and delayed bathroom

We are currently having our bathroom done and were promised that the bath we ordered would arrive 5 days ago. It has still not arrived. The tilers are finished with their job and we have a small window for the plumber or we will be without a bathroom for weeks while we try and get another plumber if they are delayed. Seriously unimpressed! The actual company seems OK, but they rely on their supplier who has been totally rubbish and BHS has provided no useful solution.

Excellent customer service. Left an enquiry on their telephone about my order. Contacted me with the answer within 30 minutes. Order arrived when I was advised. Would definitely recommend this company.

I have checked your order and can see there was a pricing issue which we notified you of, this was a genuine error and as per our terms and conditions in the event of an obvious pricing error we will notify you asap. You ordered on Saturday 17th September and by Tuesday 20th September we had advised of the issue, far from 2 weeks and within 5 working days of you placing the order it was cancelled with no payment being taken. We welcome all reviews and of course we realise there was an issue with this order, but we do ask for reviews to be factual. We have since amended the pricing issue on our website.

WHAT A SHOWER of S### . And its not soap.

Ordered and paid for a shower on line with these jokers. 10 days later they said they were unable to deliver due to transport problems...but if I wanted they said I could arrange pick up myself...I actually have a van so i thought I would ask where their location was...and was told Southampton..well I live in Leeds 250mls and for 4hrs drive so that was a no brainer. I asked for a complete refund which I received 5 days later. In total 15 days wasted. I would not order a toilet seat from these so called traders. You have been warned.

As explained via email we had been incorrectly advised by the supplier of these products that they could deliver this to you direct, however when it came to delivery, they advised this was not a service they offer. Due to the size of the enclosure, we do not have the facility to transport this. You will notice that these products have now been removed from our site to avoid this scenario in the future.

Excessive delivery charge.

Ordered bath shower screen and made payment including a delivery charge to be told that due to the fragile nature of the item it would cost an extra £60 for delivery.
I cancelled the item but was never told officially that my money had been refunded until I rang the company some weeks later.

Thank you for your feedback, we are in the process of updating some of our prices on our website however I can see that this particular product did have a warning prior to ordering that it required a fragile delivery and there would be an additional cost, as this wasn't added before checkout, we advised you by email. Once the order was cancelled, we emailed to confirm cancellation and this email advises that the transaction will be returned to your account.

Great price and responsive customer services

After a hiccough with their chosen courier, bhs-improvements looked into the matter and after a short delay refunded my delivery. Good to know you can order with confidence.

I know we have exchanged many emails, I am very sorry for the inconvenience this caused, the payment was never taken by us and so the delay in the money returning to your account was due to the banks and not something that we had done wrong. Once we cancelled the payment the funds are usually returned to your bank within 7 working days so I can only apologise that for some reason on this occasion there was a delay.

Thank you for leaving some feedback however we are not sure what we could have done differently on your order. Once we received your order, we were advised of a delay from the manufacturer which we made you aware of, we asked if the Leadtime quoted was ok, the order remained in query as we didn't hear back from you. When you made contact with us, we advised further of the delay and asked if you wanted to wait to which you did not respond. You then requested to cancel the order which we did.
I appreciate the delay would have caused and inconvenience however we do not proceed with orders if they are on a longer Leadtime until our customer has confirmed the Leadtime is acceptable, we also do not process payments until the order is confirmed.
