This company truly deserves the highest possible rating from me!

I searched like crazy all over the internet for a specific component. I contacted several stores and even checked the manufacturer’s own website, but I couldn’t find it anywhere. Eventually, I stumbled across B&H Photo, who told me they could special-order the product for me.

I didn’t hesitate for a second and placed the order right away. This part was extremely important to me, and I was determined to get hold of it – whatever it cost.

It took quite a while, but I wasn’t particularly worried about that. I was happy to wait as long as necessary, as long as B&H Photo could eventually get it for me. After some time, though, I started having doubts and wondered whether even they were having trouble sourcing the component.

But sure enough – they pulled it off!

Once they received it, it was shipped via DHL Express, and just a few days later I had the package in my hands. Opening that box felt like Christmas morning. I was so damn happy! After all that searching, I finally had the component I had been looking for.

A HUGE thank you to B&H Photo for managing to source something I couldn’t find anywhere else. I will definitely shop with you again the next time you have something I’m looking for.

I am being charged almost half the price of the item I ordered to return the item, and was not offered an exchange. Ordered a cable that has the exact same name as the cable I need, but that is inexplicably not the correct fit, an honest mistake, notified them same day it was delivered, but was not offered an exchange.

Easy ordering, reasonable prices, you always have what i need.

Excellent! I kid you not, artificial intelligence app suggested I call B&H and I’m so glad I did. I spoke to a wonderful man who shares my appreciation of the Film “high anxiety”, I was having some anxiety …. which is why I asked AI for help on how to order what I needed and thank goodness I was referred to B&H!
