Seit dem die BFL an die österreichische Bawag verkauft wurde, ging es steil bergab! Der Kundensupport ist eine absolute Katastrophe und die eine Hand weiß nicht was die andere tut.
Selbst die Telefonanlage scheint dort nicht mehr zu funktionieren. Habe heute 6 mal angerufen und nach 3 Minuten Warteschleife legt man einfach auf.
Leider kann ich die BFL so gar nicht mehr empfehlen!
Bei diesem Unternehmen scheint intern organisatorisch nichts zu passen. Ruft man dort an, z.B. wegen eines unberechtigten Mahnschreibens, bekommt man entweder niemanden ans Telefon, oder man wird an Personen weitergeleitet, die keine Auskunft geben können.
Anfragen per Mail werden grundsätzlich nicht beantwortet. Bittet man um Infos zu bestehenden Verträgen, bekommt man auch keine Antwort.
