I've never had a problem with withdrawals before, however my latest withdrawal has not reached my bank account and it's been 5 days since it was approved for payment. The issue I have now is you cannot speak to a live agent to find out what is going on. Also, it does not show anywhere which card my payment was sent to. I have 3 payment cards on the system because there is no option to remove old cards and the payment does not always go to the card you select. The fact that at no point in the withdrawal tracker can you see where your money is going to, surely makes it easy for someone to direct funds elsewhere .
Update: I managed to get through to customer services who are insisting that the withdrawal was processed on the 26/06/2026 and would have been in my account with 12 to 24 hours, however it's been 5 days and it's not in there. I also contacted my bank and they have said they've received no payment from Betway into my account.

Singed up. Bet £10. Didn't get any free bets. If I'm not eligible for the offer don't show me it! You show a promotion , take the money then fail to keep up your end of the offer. Pathetic company of hacks

Terrible customer service can never get in contact with them and when you do it is absolutely useless.

Nothing but errors when betting, no real person to speak to, continually logs you out when betting or whatever you’re trying to bet on doesn’t work.

Dreadful. Deposited using Apple Pay, very easy. Won some money so did a withdrawal. Now week 3 still no money back. Managed to message them, they have no phone. They claim my bank rejected it, checked with bank not true. They then said to send passport and bank statement which I did, still
Waiting. Messaged again saying wouldn’t accept the bank statement as the first 4 digits of account number were hashed out on statement for security. Again they don’t tell you just don’t refund or say anything. So went in back got a statement to show all the details… still waiting. Plot to hold onto consumer money I feel

Site offers good games and had some good wins.

Unfortunately the withdrawal process is leaps and bounds behind ANY other site I have used. All of the withdrawals (between £15 and £200) have all been processed the same day to be fair (sometimes taking hours- compared to instant on other sites)

However I have just made my first big withdrawal 1500, and 700 and there has been instant issues. Chat tell you completely different things, they way it’s being sent has changed, the status off it has changed and actually gone backwards not forwards, and overall the whole process just takes the joy out of the win and playing at all.

I am yet to recieve my funds, and you get told yes it’s processed you should recieve it shortly, to it’s been allowed to be processed but not paid. Honestly it’s a shame because I actually like the site, but the withdrawal process just makes it not worth the hassle to play.

I make widraw 4 day ago still didnt get money on account. its also dificult to replace old payment card.

Withdrawal said it will be in last night and I have been waiting for over 2 days for it and I need my money off them it has took long enough and when ever I’m in the live chat it’s always the same thing

They sent me used 1voucher, I withdrew R820 1voucher around 00:15am, 2 hours later I received a message with voucher pin immediately loaded it but it already used

I’ve already been waiting 37 hours already now they are delaying delaying sad to see Betway go down hill like this wouldn’t be surprised if they loose their licence soon I’ve already submitted a complaint to the gambling commission if you do not want to be paid use Betway if you want to paid I would never use this place again disgusting

I have sent them the bank card used which was in my name but it’s a joint account with my partner but it was in my name

I’ve been waiting for my withdrawal since 9 June, and today is 24 June. I’ve submitted all the required documents, but my withdrawal is still pending. My case was escalated, yet I haven’t received any meaningful update. Customer support keeps giving me the same generic response. Very disappointing experience.

I was really worried after seeing the reviews, but think it is important to leave my review. I was a new player deposited a little then withdrew two separate amounts, I received an email to say the Apple Pay wasn't right so changed to instant bank for preferred method that they emailed with hour of me requesting withdrawal. Woke up this morning the funds are in my account, this site is not a scam. I even went on live chat and Leah was so helpful and they emailed me first so unsure regarding all the bad experiences but I have had a great experience and will continue using the site.

But the scandal of it is the 2 x£10 bets are only eligible per leg at 3/10. Which doesn't even work on most games to place the bet.

You get frustrated trying to place a bet.

They're scammers. Don't waste your money. I won NZD 440 on their website and requested withdrawal. One day later they just closed my account and stole the money. I haven't even received any explanation or closure reason on email. I tried to reach live chat support but after 3 hours of waiting nobody ever replied. They're emails are fake as well - you will get message only from the robot telling "we received your request". They're gonna never reply you back. Scammers. Avoid this website

Totally scam they hold my withdraw it’s been 14 days they ask documents i give to them but they Didn't slove my problem still when ask close they did it in a Minute what joke betway is totally scam be careful.

Did what has been asked for the welcoming offer but never got the free bets. Could not even find the contact for help!!!!!
