I would recommend not buying any plants from this ? Nursery
.
I suspect it someone claiming to be something they are not.
I ordered viola plants they arrived very late ,poorly packaged in newspaper.
3 plants were dead, some were not the variety that I ordered
I will certainly not be buying anything from them again.
In my opinion they are conning people. BUYER BEWARE

I ordered 4 identical plants to give to different family members. What arrived were 1 small cutting and what can only be described as 3 dead twigs. In my opinion they had 1 plant and chopped off tiny cuttings to make it into 4 , and charged me 4 times over
The three twigs were planted on but are already dead. No reply to my emails querying the concern.

I get the impression this is someone taking snippings from a garden and making out they are a genuine plant nursery.

Useless and uncontactable! Three weeks after order on 7 day delivery, no plants, no reply to emails, no answer to mobile or landline, no response to voicemail. Either a scam or total incompetence, neither makes anyone want to use this firm. Didn’t look at reviews first, just ordered plants online- reviews all reflect my experience except one- probably his mate.

Purchased 4 plants finally arrived today.
Thought they would have been in small plastic plant pots but they were just sat in soil/compost and wrapped up individually in newspaper. Plants are in poor condition i have potted them up straight away but i will be surprised if any will survive.
Sorry but i wont be purchasing any more plants from this company

Bought 3 plants, 2 were good, one was chickweed not Campanula wall flower like i ordered. Emailed to get refund ir replacement with photos of what I was sent and got no reply in 2 weeks. Called and left a message on answerphone. No response. Glad it was quite a cheap plant and not something expensive as their customer service is none existent

All plants I ordered arrived in good condition and strong roots. All wrapped safely in newspaper with a stick inside with a letter of the alphabet. Enclosed was a receipt naming plants bought which were labelled with corresponding letter of the alphabet on the stick. I was pleased with my purchase and pleased no plastic waste or pots to dispose of.

I ordered 2 x sets of 3 mind your own business plants. Only received one set of 3. Emailed company, very slow response eventually saying they would send another set. I have received nothing nor had a refund. Plants were good quality but absolutely awful customer services. Best to avoid this company.

I ordered 8 plants. Only received 7. Initially I thought they are ok-ish. They were delivered without pots, wrapped up in damp newspaper. Each one had a label 🏷 on like A- this variety, B-this variety, C-this variety. Well , I checked against my order and it was a mess. Plants I have received do not look like the ones I ordered. I have emailed the company and haven't got responds yet...shame!!!
I do not recommend this seller!

Delivered dead roots instead of 9cm pots. Seller agreed there had been several complaints and he was issuing automatic refunds, still waiting for mine now over 5 weeks. Not impressed with this company, don’t answer phone or emails. Irene Prince

First time buying had a little problem. Not sure why but they got posted on a friday which meant they spent the weekend in a depot, when they arrived some plants were extremely dry and dying. Watered them and they're still alive just not as alive as they could have been. Not a massive problem just something they should think about in the future, Thursday 1st class delivery should be the cut off for postage in my opinion when it's live. However the plants were great and nice sizes for their prices so i bought again! These arrived on a Thursday and were fantastic, absolutely great! Varieties i hadn't found myself online or in my locals, I'm very happy! One star removed simply for the Friday posting but it's an easy problem to fix for the shop!

Appalling customer svs and completely uncontactable …..DO NOT BUY from these people. TINY plants and poorly packed - I bought (and paid for) 3 pond plants - cuckoo flower and was sent watercress. Absolute criminals. I’d welcome them to get back in contact with me to correct this - doubt they will

Please do not buy plants from this company. They were small - not well established, arrived very poorly packed and individually unlabelled, in a damp box. My email complaining elicited no response, nor the full refund I requested. Please see many similar negative reviews on eBay - which I failed to read before buying directly from this person.
