Had no problems
Had no problems. We paid the extra £80 for delivery and installation because of my mother's home being on the third floor of a sheltered housing scheme. The delivery guys showed her how to use it and she was happy.

I bought two of these folding scoooters I had a problam with one of the remote controls,I phoned about the fault and a week later they came and replaced the scooter with no trouble .regarding the scooters they have been every thing we expected of them,,they are no trouble to get in or out of the car .Peaple that have seen them have said what a good idea .I would recommend these . I placed my order online as the scooter I wanted was available for next day delivery. After whilst browsing I realized there was a very similar model / make with a few additional features (charging point on tiller, suspension on seat) I subsequently called their office and the Salesperson Ammended my order. The nett price was the same but sale offer showed a better discount. Scooter arrived as advised by Next Day. Very happy with product and service
