Does anything to keep your money
I would say this company breaches the consumer rights act based on my experience. The customer service team act like a bunch of cowboys, making things up as they go along. Placed an order for a bath on a Wednesday with delivery the following Tuesday. This was too long so I tried to cancel it the same day via the online customer account and their website states this is fine as long as the order hasn’t been dispatched. I tried this, just for it to fail on their system with a ‘contact customer service’ message. Emailed them and tried to ring but before they responded I had an email to say it had been dispatched. Rang them first thing the next day and the customer rep I spoke to confirmed it should be fine, they’ve told the courier not to ship. I also had an email back saying the same. I expected my refund to be processed right away. Fast forward to Monday (not even the original delivery day) and the bath was dumped on a pallet in front of my property without authorisation or anyone being home. Contacted them numerous times for their mistake and got no where despite it being ‘escalated’. They wanted to collect a few days later which was fine but I advised I would not accept the goods or responsibility for it in the meantime. I wanted my refund processed but they advised this was not possible until they took the return, which is not acceptable given it was their poor communication that caused this. Every time I spoke to a different person they told me different things, asked me to keep the item that I didn’t want, told me there would be charges due to their error, and outright making things up that weren't true. They refused to give me the number for the UK based team. Essentially the company does anything to keep your money even when you’ve done all the right things.

Purchased a A1 condition column radiator
Purchased a column radiator not in original packaging but as good as a new packaged one. Don't get me wrong,it did come well packaged. So glad I purchased it,I'm really pleased with it and saved some money too. It arrived when it should have. What more can I say apart from happy days

Outstanding company & quality
I must admit I was a little nervous ordering everything for my new ensuite from this company as I had not heard of them before. But after finding them on google I loved what they were selling . They absolutely exceeded my expectations. Everything arrived very fast & we’re fantastically throughly packed. The quality of everything I ordered is outstanding & is even better than in the pictures. I ordered everything from sink, unit, toilet, shower base , shower screen, toilet roll holder , matching hooks. Absolutely shocking customer service
Absolutely shocking customer service. They sent the wrong item, yet somehow I’m the one expected to do all the work to prove their mistake. Instead of arranging a simple collection and refund, they’ve wasted my time with endless emails demanding photos, measurements, and more “evidence” that the item they sent is wrong.
The amount of hoops they expect customers to jump through is ridiculous. If your company makes a mistake, own it and fix it properly instead of treating customers like they’re trying to scam you. Completely frustrating experience from start to finish. I will never order from this company again and would strongly advise others to avoid them.
