I recently purchased a bath and, as part of the process, was recommended to add a waste to my order at checkout. Trusting the suggestion, I included it—only to find when the bath was fitted a month later that one was already supplied.
As the additional waste was completely unused and no longer needed, I attempted to return it. Unfortunately, I was just two days outside the return window and was told it could not be accepted. What was most disappointing wasn’t just the policy itself, but the complete lack of flexibility or understanding from customer services. There was no effort to offer any goodwill solution, despite the item being unused and clearly an unnecessary addition. A more empathetic and customer-focused approach would have gone a long way in resolving what should have been a simple issue. Sadly this experience would prevent me purchasing from here again.
I ordered a free-standing bath from here, the price was much cheaper than anyone else. When it arrived the quality was perfect, looks so much more expensive, the photo doesn’t do it justice. Great service, speedy delivery within a few days, what more can you ask for!

BUYERS BEWARE! Do yourself a favour and do not deal with this company at all. You only have to read their other reviews which I wish I’d read before I had dealings with them. Mia promised me day after day that she had a delivery company who was going to deliver my bathroom vanity. As I kept ringing and ringing and ringing, she kept promising and promising but nothing happened. Eventually, I rang and got a man who answered the phone. He told me he had better things to do than deliver my parcel. I explained to him that I went online. I ordered a vanity which included delivery. I was just waiting for my parcel to be delivered. He said I had to pay more money than what was on the delivery docket for him to deliver it ..he said “why don’t you come and pick it up yourself” I’ve got better things to do. I don’t fit in with your schedule, you fit in with mine. I explained you’re in Brisbane, I’m in Hervey Bay… How do you propose that I’m going to pick it up. Hey told me it’s now or never you have 10 minutes to decide whether it gets delivered as he’s too busy. What happened to an external delivery company?
That’s why I bought it, so I could get it delivered. Isn’t that what you would expect from an online bathroom supplier? All I can say is there is ZERO customer service… how outrageous!
I don’t know how this company is even still in business but what’s worse is the toxic relationship between the husband and wife over the phone!
If you don’t enjoy doing what you do it’s time to get out ..just saying.

Need exchange, submitted the photos as requested, but was asked to answer where I’ve left the items and if the box was left open - the resin sink is pretty difficult to break, and the rim was cracked when the plumber was just about to fit it and we didn’t move it about. They keep sending emails to say will respond in 24 hours but no they don’t. Unimpressed and unsure we would get an exchange. In the meantime we might loose the plumber who is having to wait for a new one to arrive. I’ve bought bits and bobs from them before and had no issues till their service until now when I needed an exchange for an item unfit.
Update:
Terrible unsatisfactory responses from the customer services. Been offered alternative items which are totally wrong sizes, affer repeatedly explaining that it needs to be the right size to fit my existing worktop. Also insisted that the warranty won’t apply as it wasn’t damaged while in use - well if the sink breaks with no fault to myself and without no accidental force then it should still be deemed as faulty. Very unhappy with the response and looking into what to do next. Would never use them again in future.

Absolutely awful experience. Was meant to collect my order at one of the warehouses. Was then told the warehouse hadn’t processed the order or sent it in the delivery van but they would send the order to my house next day. I then received a text saying my order is ready to COLLECT from the warehouse?! I called up and someone told me that the guy messed up and forgot to change the address to my house address so I need to go and collect it.
I went to collect the order and was then told the order is at the wrong warehouse and the best they could do is to deliver in 2 days time.
Customer service was useless. They would not refund or compensate for my time or petrol even though I drove to the warehouse as one of the colleagues told me it was there.
Horrendous experience that has caused a lot of stress. Do NOT recommend this company.

Shower door arrived promptly, kept informed of delivery time.Door itself was of inferior quality compared with one I’d purchased previously, because of flimsy top rail door creaks on opening and closing a problem I’m working on rectifying!

Purchase most of the products to renovate a bathroom from this company. One particular product, the bath tap integral thermostatic mixer shower was one of the products. At the point of installation I opened the box expecting the usual standard fitting instructions. Not a chance. The installation instructions didn’t exist and the fitting were not from this planet. Having waisted a day, and £50 extra, running round trying to make it work I finally got it installed. You guessed it , it pissed water everywhere. Shocking company with unworkable substandard goods. Be warned , stay well away
I had a problem with my order which was very quickly dealt with and I received a replacement the following day. Great company - to be recommended.

Friendly and professional with the issue they arranged a replacement after we uploaded photos within a few days. I had to return a shower as it wasn’t the correct fitting for my setup. I reordered the correct item straight away, but disappointingly, Bette Bathrooms don’t offer exchanges so I had to cover the return cost myself, which wasn’t cheap given the size, weight, and need for insurance.
Since they’ve received the return, the process has been frustrating. They’ve claimed a small part is missing on their end and are now using that as a reason to delay the refund. This could easily be investigated after issuing the refund, but instead it feels like a tactic to hold things up.
Overall, I’ve been left chasing for updates and resolution, which isn’t what you expect after already paying significant return costs. The whole experience has been unnecessarily difficult and poorly handled.

I'm always a bit wary about reviews but have to say that the service I received from Better Bathrooms was second to none. I was looking for a replacement mirror for my Mother-in- Law's bathroom. Fortunately, I found an almost identical mirror (but slightly better) to the one that she had and it was in the sale, so I ordered it straight away. I was given a delivery date of 2 -3 days and was amazed that I got a text later that day saying that it had been packaged and was on its way. I was even more amazed when it was delivered early the following day! You can't expect anything more than that. To recap, great service, great quality and great price. I will certainly be looking for anything else that I need from Better Bathrooms in the future.
