Probably not worth it…

Sometimes the collectibles they sell are of high quality and worth it. But there's a lot of garbage, they sometimes misrepresent the items on the posting (size, quality, materials etc...) and the return policy for some items is atrocious. Not taking returns on digital items that have not been used/opened that come with physical collectibles in really not ok.

You kind of have to buy from them if you want the best Fallout game merchandise, but definitely buyer beware. You might be disappointed more often than not.

Terrible service.

Ok so.. let me start by saying the one and only saving grace of Bathesda is they make great games. If it weren't for that they would have gone under years ago.

Ive had minor issues with Bathesda here and there but last night was the final straw.

I re-downloaded Skyrim (SE of course) for the first time in a bout a year. I wanted to start brand new and with no issues so i had a clean save with no mods downloaded. The first mod i attempted to download was USSEP which is needed for about 1/3 of the top mods to work. Long story short the patch is no longer available except through Bathesda.net now this is where the true problem of Bathesda lies. I went to bathesda and used my email to 'find my account'. Bathesda indicated that I had no existing account and prompted me to create one. Sure! After doing so... I cant connect my Bathesda to either my xbox or my play station accounts -_- customer service says 'this means youve already got an active account linked to your system' well obviously not if I was JUST FORCED TO MAKE MY FIRST EVER ACCOUNT.
Basically they replied back that they were unable to resolve the issue unless i set up a new xbox account and yada yada and basically lose everything.
Obviously i can play games without mods but their terrible service and disregard for their fans is a no for me.

Don't waste your time

I've been waiting almost a month now and I've yet to be assigned an agent. Don't waste your time with this company. If I could, I would give them 0 stars.

Get ready for a rant

I’ve been a customer for bethesda since oblivion, which was the first video game I bought with my own money. I have owned and played through Fallout 3, Fallout New vegas, Fallout 4, oblivion, skyrim, skyrim “special edition”, Wolfenstein New Order both xbox 360 and ps4, Wolfenstein Old Blood, Wolfenstein the New Colossus, Dishonored 1 and 2, Doom 2016 and Prey. The only one I didn’t pay for with my own money was fallout 3, since that was a gift, and I’m never buying another game from them. They’ve become increasingly hostile towards their consumers recently, and it doesn't seem to be something thats going to change. Ignoring the horror show that was the entirety of fallout 76, some examples of how they’re screwing over longtime fans is if you bought the original version of skyrim or Prey. The dlc for Prey hasn’t gone on sale since the end of 2018, and judging by the sales for the base game and “deluxe edition” that didn’t include the dlc on its own it won’t again. So if you’ve bought the original version of the game and want to get the dlc you’re paying full price, despite the “deluxe edition” going on sale for a few dollars more than the full price of the dlc. If you own the original version of Skyrim on steam your getting screwed over even more if you want the dlcs. You have to go through some link to the store page to even get to them, which is a pain on its own, they are still all full price and will not be going on sale, so the only way to get them without spending 40+ dollars is by rebuying the game in its entirety with the “special edition”. So basically, Bethesda just simply doesn’t care about its fans, they just care about good press on occasion, like with the guy who sent them a box full of caps and got fallout 4, but that might not still be the case since their treatment of fans with fallout 76

Support gives player the run around…

Support gives player the run around giving them steps to perform when it has nothing to do with the errors going on. They say 48-72 hours however 2.5 weeks later and you still see "waiting on agent" and their Twitter Support team says it's in the proper Q area and still nothing.

Hands down the slowest CS and IF you get a response, expect the same time for a reply! Terrible.

STAY CLEAR, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

The worst customer service I have ever experienced, I placed an order at the beginning of January for an item that was in stock and ready to ship within 3 days. After a week I hadn't gotten an update and upon enquiry I got told that it was in fact not in stock and as soon as it would be back in stock it would be sent out. It was a birthday present and I couldn't wait for an unknown period of time so I requested to cancel my order per their terms and conditions. I was told my refund will be in my account within 2 days. 3 days later I emailed and was told my refund will be there within 7 days. 10 days later I emailed AGAIN and was told there was a mistake and my details never made it to the finance department and I would get my refund shortly. Today (almost a month after I initially placed the order) I got an email saying my order has shipped. I am fuming, as now if I choose to return it I will have to pay for the postage and the 8 euro I had to pay for shipping will not be refunded to me either. Absolutely no internal communication in this company, not to mention that they just do not care about customers at all. Unprofessional!

Horrible experience.

Horrible experience.
I pre-ordered this game as I do with most Bethesda games up until now.
The fallout 76 launch and the general support from Bethesda will most likely make this the last Bethesda game I ever buy.

I have been trying to get a refund since October before the game was even out. It's now the 12th of December, and their support is in no way helping. At this point, I'm fairly sure my tickets have not been seen by a single human.

Expensive & slow.

If you want an expensive, slow shipping service with dire communication and tracking than you have come to the right place.

With a delivery charge of around $25 and delivery slower than a dead snail in this day and age it atrocious. That is of course if they actually process you order efficiently but you will probably have to find you need to contact customer services atleast once. The tracking information provided is as useful as a chocolate teapot, I don't know why you even bother advertising the option to track your shipments.

Their website talks about two shipping options UPS and MSI, MSI seems to the slowest of the two but surprise surprise you don't get any option to pick UPS (to UK) though to be honest if they cheaper slower option was $25 I reckon UPS would have been even more extortionate. It's a shame the Europeon store doesn't mirror what the US store sells otherwise I would have gone there.

All in all if you have money to burn and don't mind waiting around a year for delivery then the Bethesda Store is great!

Third company

I'm adding to my list as one of the best ones out there, bringing to us great games such as: Elder Scrolls, Rage, Fallout, Doom 4, and prey 2. Keep up the good work.
