I just had a chat with one of the betfair agent( Bharath) and I must say that it was a very good and nice experience.
He was very helpful and polite and also very easy to get in touch with.
I also like to thank Betfair that they give a lot more information with regards football games as the go and they do not keep suspending my bets all the time like other betting sites which my brother told me so. he will be coming to betfair soon.

What's important for people to know
Sometimes on the slots an they work like they should an sometimes it can be bad really bad an take hundreds of spins only giving you 5 or 6 pound not all the slots are legit for example you just know some of them slot games your never going to win a penny on, when you do win an withdraw it's quick an easy. I've decided to start using Betfair Exchange as standard soft bookies unfairly withhold winnings on legitimate play. And are way too invasive with documents holding very sensitive information.
Despite not having used the service for long, everything already seems much better. They're asking for proof of funds, address, and identification before I deposit large sums of cash. Unlike platforms such as Unibet UK. This is the correct time to do it. They won't accept your cash (at least a large amount of it) without proving it's legitimate. This means you won't have withdrawals held against you when you win (which is after you're account is fully verified). This is a very good thing.
Also, it's worth nothing the customer service is good as well. I received prompt and excellent help from Ella as even after I left to go to work she help me with my inquiry (as I left the chat open on my browser). Top star!
I haven't used the platform for long and I understand that everyone may have a different experience as to I, so it's still important to do your own due diligence. Read other reviews and use the platform yourself to form a opinion. However, for me everything is going exactly how it should.
