Unique site and generous offers
A unique site in that it combines both a betting exchange and a sportsbook, giving more opportunities and variety than other betting sites. The amount of promotions on offer; daily games, monthly rewards, and especially the quantity of free bet promos on both the sportsbook and the exchange, is quite astonishing and puts Betfair ahead of the competition in my opinion. Instant withdrawals with no minimum withdrawal is also ahead of everyone else (of the sites I have used, matched only by Paddy Power, of course these being under some sort of common brand).

Trying to say good bye after 16 years
After using Betfair Exchange exclusively for 16 years, my account was suddenly placed under review.
I fully complied with all verification requests and submitted my passport, a selfie with my passport, a utility bill, and source‑of‑funds documentation.
Despite this, after 22 days my account is still under review. It has not been reactivated, and I am not allowed to withdraw my own funds to the same bank account I originally used to deposit.
I would like to emphasize that Betfair Exchange does not offer bonuses and operates solely on commission, meaning there is no financial risk or loss to Betfair from my activity.
I requested a clear timeline for the completion of this review and immediate access to my funds, but I received no concrete answer.
Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend this site.
(In June I received the money from my betfair account.)

Bet VERY UNFAIR - they double dip out of your winnings in a race - if you have more than 1 bed in one race they not only take your initial bet money but then deduct that again against the winnings of your winning bet - what a disgrace.When asked to provide where in their Terms & Conditions you will find this information they closed my account - do not bet with this company

Just started using them today and no problems. Deposited my first 500 and winnings were in my account immediately. Shortly after deposited another 500 and won again. Withdrew the money again and they said between 1-5" day wait butt expect it to be much quicker. Easy to navigate. Excellent site. Will def be using again. Stuart

Account closed with no reason
Had account with them in Denmark and over 5 years later i move to Iceland and can login. The account is closed i think but they need to create another account or something like that for me in order to login..They make me send passport document, me holding passport and utility bill and nothing happens, i chat with them again and go through same process sending everything again and wait for days. Finally i ask them again and my account is open and i can login, when i go and make deposit my account is closed again and i chat with live support.
They tell me security team has made a decision to close my account and no reason.. and they dont even need to give reason according to live support, they can do this just because they forgot to brush theyr teeth and are pissed so lets close account.
This was a dirty move by betfair making me go through all this trouble...maybe they just wanted my passport to sell on dark web, maybe its a scam...very dirty bad move by betfair
