Absolutely USELESS website.
Absolutely useless website which is full of glitches, its even difficult to login often having to click over ten times or more, its exactly the same trying to place bets.
Lord only knows what sort of defective software they are running as its by far the worst, and slowest, of any betting site I have ever used.

Playing for hours
Playing for hours. Deposited £60 got up to £108 out of the blue my account got suspended. Couldn't contact customer services because my log in details wasn't matching which n fact it was correct. Scam site stay clear.
Edit: My account got suspended because I self excluded from Ladbrookes 9 years ago. It's anything not to pay you out or even get your deposit back.

A few days ago I wrote
A few days ago I wrote, what I felt at the time, that was a genuine grievance to a loyal customer, and left a honest review.
Since then, Betdaq have reached out to me via customer service person Vicky. A couple of phone calls later and the majority of the issues have been dealt with. She must have worked hard as I am not an easy person to change minds.
I still think the affordability problems are slightly a self inflicted issue, I am more able to afford my hobby today than I was when 'unlimited' was the case.
Just goes to prove it is good to talk.

Your deposit request has been rejected…
Your deposit request has been rejected as it would exceed your deposit limits. It's the 1st of the month they should of reset it also been told i have £500 and £300 monthly limet last i asked. Turned out the £300 a month was correct. If you win £1000 withdraw it then go to add £300 later they say you have already reached your limit. Even tho you are up £700
