I’m not sure how it looks on because when I saw the color, I knew it was t for me so I returned to immediately .

Loved the color and style of the wig I chose. Will definitely order again.

Received my order and it was packed so nicely. However the color is darker than I prefer and would like to return it for something lighter in color and in a smaller size but, I don't know how to do that. Otherwise, the wig is beautiful, the ordering process was easy and I would definitely order from your company again.

On time delivery and signature is required! In these tough times packages can not be left anywhere because they just grow legs. Wigs are repeat purchases but still awesome! Never had a problem with Best Wig outlet! 10 stars!

The wig came in a timely manner. However it was NOT as the wig pictured. This is WAY shorter. No way can it be styled to even come close to looking like the picture. The wig does not come with an item number or a size. Not on the wig or the box or the packing slip. So I can only assume this is the wig I ordered. Very disappointed.

I ordered 2 hairpieces. Color is so far off I consider it false advertising. I ordered gray and one looks dark brown and the other light brown I would love to provide pictures but there isn’t a place on this site. I read elsewhere they get inferior product. Mine was discounted product so I couldn’t return if I wanted. Customer service said they would request return but “restocking “ is more expensive than product. Very upset as I’ve lost so much hair.

I love, love my Jackson synthetic wig by Noriko in Maple Sugar R. The style is youthful but perfect even for this 70 year old woman! Everything about the appearance of this wig is natural; I receive sooo many compliments on “my hair” when I am out and about.

It was easy to order. I gave it one star because the color of the wig is not what was advertised. I ordered R10 | Chestnut - Rich Dark Brown with Coffee Brown highlights all over, but I received a wig that is more a golden brown.

Both wigs are "flat" while the other THREE wigs are of the same style I have received and as pictured, have soft curls - these do not have soft curls. To exchange/return, I will be out postage fees as well as restocking fees for rotten/defective products. I do understand and have followed the rules, but this seems unreasonable to me. Needless to say, the women I have recommended your company will be notified of these policies. Due to this situation, I probably will not order additional wigs.

Shipping was fast and the wig was of excellent quality; however, the color was not for me. That is when the excellent customer service came into play. I requested an exchange and received the confirmation email with easy-to-follow steps the SAME DAY. This is the opposite experience to some other online sites I have done business with.

I was satisfied when I placed my order with Best Wig Outlet. Just received my order. Unfortunately, this one was a “miss”. It was packaged seamlessly, and with care; just wasn’t a good look for me. I will be promptly returning to the post office, expecting a refund, minus a restocking fee, of course. But after calling their customer service I was informed that my only two options were an exchange or store credit. Disappointed!

I order a wig with bangs and when they arrived they came in good condition, but I was shock when I open the package because I was not expecting the wig to be thin it was just very thin not to my liking.

Love these toppers! Great shipping and service but color is a bit lighter than the exact color I ordered before.

Came early and very pretty might have to trim it up just a little bit it's a little full for my head but my husband loves it!
He thinks it looks very nice on me when you're not used to having hair and then all the sudden you do it kind of shocks me but he really loves it!!!
