this site is a scam
this site is a scam! do to pay anything, you will get nothing from them. I paid via Stripe and the merchant name had nothing to do with the webshop, then I tried another order, just for testing, and this time another merchant name appear on the Stripe page.
this is not cool neither for Stripe! how they validate such merchants/scamers?!

Beware of scam (bestwerkzeugeshop.com)
About a month ago I ordered some spare parts for a MIELE washing machine. After payment I did not receive an e-mail about the order. I contacted my bank and they told me that the money for the order cannot be refunded. So the bank card was canceled. I still have not received anything and I am not expecting it.

The relationship with the TRACK718 platform should be investigated, as it claims to have delivered orders, but never actually did.
