Awful customer support
Awful customer support — complete indifference to customers.
Best Secret's customer support is absolutely awful. On June 12th, I submitted an official complaint regarding a quality issue with Clarks shoes.
I have received zero response. A few days ago, I followed up via their official email address, but they continue to completely ignore my messages. This should not be happening. The professionalism of any good company is defined by its ability to resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently. I demand that management or the responsible team contact me immediately and provide an official response to my complaint.

Wrong item delivered, three support requests ignored
I ordered a bag from a limited collection. What arrived was a completely different bag, and a cheaper one. That happens, mistakes are normal. What is not normal is what came after.
I have contacted customer support three times asking how to return the item I did not order and how to get either the correct bag or a refund. Three times, no reply. Not a late reply, not an unhelpful reply. Nothing at all.
So right now I am holding an item I never ordered, I have paid for something I never received, and there is no way to resolve it because the only channel available does not respond. If someone from Best Secret reads this, I would like a clear answer on the return process and the refund.

Refund processed promptly – misunderstanding resolved
This is the first time in all the years that I have had such a negative experience with BestSecret.
I have been a loyal Diamond member for years, with more than 4,900 points, and until now I have overlooked various shortcomings because I generally enjoyed shopping with BestSecret.
However, this situation has gone too far.
My return was delivered to their warehouse on 25 June 2026. The promised refund period has long expired. I was then informed that my case had been escalated to their internal specialists and that I would receive an update within 72 hours. That deadline has also passed, and I have received neither my refund nor any further response. They even ignoring my e-mails.
I would also like to point out that this was not the first issue with this order. When I received the parcel, it arrived partially open. Some of the clothing was in opened plastic bags, and the Aigner sneakers were damaged. Despite these issues, I chose to overlook them because I had always trusted BestSecret.
BestSecret is currently withholding more than €400 of my money. On what legal basis are they entitled to keep a customer's money after receiving the returned goods, while at the same time providing no explanation and no refund?
As a long-term customer, I am now genuinely wondering what is happening with their refund process, because no one is providing any explanation. What is going on with BestSecret, are they become insolvent?
Until this issue is resolved, I cannot recommend shopping with BestSecret anymore!

I have been a loyal Diamond member for several years, and until now I have always been very satisfied with BestSecret. I have placed many orders and, overall, my experience has been very positive.
I would therefore like to update my previous review.
After contacting my bank, I discovered that BestSecret had actually processed my refund just four days after receiving my return. The confusion arose because one refund was made to my new credit card and was immediately visible, while another refund was sent to the original credit card used for the purchase, which had expired in the meantime. That refund did not appear in my card transaction overview, although it was correctly recorded on my monthly credit card statement.
After clarifying the situation with my bank, I believe it is only fair to update my review accordingly.
I appreciate that BestSecret processed the refund so promptly.
Thank you for resolving the matter. I look forward to continuing to shop with BestSecret.
