Very helpful team.
After receiving email saying that our booking was cancelled 4 weeks before the holiday because of the house owner selling property, (and a long wait on the telephone), both Katie and Chrissie were very helpful in securing another property, especially with the short notice and school holidays. The changeover was very smooth, together with help towards the increase in costs. Thanks. Have booked with Best of Wales a few times and would recommend tham.

Becki better than website!
I was having huge problems with the Best of Wales website. As I expected, I had to wait a while for the phone to be answered but then Becki was excellent. She was polite, helpful, efficient but not rushed.
