Agent was very unclear on loan terms
Agent was very unclear on loan terms. Understood that the home could not be sold while lien on interior fixtures was in place but not that we could never lower our interest rate on home while having the loan. We had the opportunity to lower our homes interest rate by 2% and cannot because of the lien. Beware!

Best Egg is easy to do business with. Have done business with them before and it has always been an easy and straight forward process. Their communication is clear and timely.
