Product was not what was advertised

Product that I ordered was not the same brand that was delivered and contains an ingredient that was not listed on the website - I can not have this ingredients due to gut sensitivity, so would not have ordered the item had I known. The brand advertised on the website I am familiar with the brand delivered never heard of them. Sent them 2 emails and had no response - I wish to return the product and be issued with a refund, however not happy to have to paid for delivery due to their false advertising. Be lovely if the responded to my emails
