When you do business with a company you expect the company to have the customers best interest at heart. Not true of this company, when ordering a pool liner I received wrong liner and after calling company was told they have a no return policy once box is open. So be warned you might want your box X-rayed to make sure it’s right before opening.

Zero communication, zero accountability and zero respect for the customer. A week after my order was supposed to be delivered, I reached out and explained the situation. “You should get an email sometime next week”.
Nobody cares, nobody’s home. The email I got was canned corporate nothing, completely devoid of solutions or concern.
I never received my item and am still in limbo a month into the process.

never deal with this company, tons of issues. never received my part. researched to find out the reviews all say terrible things about them.

Very poor experience with this company. Ordered an item that showed in stock. Three weeks later no shipping confirmation. When you call customer service, they cannot give you any information. They say they can request an update which takes 48 hours. Called twice requesting this update and never received anything. Absurd lack of service. Two more weeks go by and I finally called to cancel the order. They tell me it can take 7 to 10 days to cancel. Unbelievable.

Scam. Purchased a pool. Did not ship and refused to refund.

I ordered a pool heater from Best Buy Pool Supply. The estimated delivery date was Thursday June 5 or Friday June 6. I contacted Customer Service over a week ago. I spoke to Courtney. The best information she could offer was my order would ship "any day now" on 3 occasions. I cancelled my order today. She indicated it would be about 10 days before I saw a credit on my credit card, as they had already charged my card even though the order had not shipped. She is rude. My Order Number is 70013062.

They will charge your CC and never ship your order. I waited over 3 months for an item that shows in stock and they will promises shipment, but it will not happen.

I ordered a pool part that I needed in an emergency. The shipping took forever, as they sent it via USPS from California to Virginia. No other option.

When I received the item, it was the wrong item. This was an emergency, so I Returned the wrong part they sent me an asked for a refund. Weeks later, I get the correct part on my doorstep. No refund.

I contact them and they said they would refund the money once I shipped this new part back. Not sure why I would be responsible for return shipping on their mistake.

You can only deal with this company via email.

So, I am currently dealing with that situation. Save your money, save your time, choose a different retailer.
