This is specific to BestBuy Medford.
If you turn up and go to the Geek Squad for service you will have to wait forever for service. Yet there are a dozen other employees lingering around the store doing nothing.
Seems like it would be common sense to staff up the Geek Squad area and staff down the general floor.
This isn't the first time it's happened either. Every time I come into the store it's the same situation. A dozen general floor staff asking if you're doing ok and just one or two Geek Squad staff with a line of people waiting forever for service.
You can book an appointment, but why offer a walk in service if you are not staffed for it...?
I would give zero stars if I could.
