Fantastic service, easy to order and the chairs ordered arrived the next day. I will definitely be using best buy office chairs in the future and would recommend to anybody that needed office furniture.

I had an issue whereby the gas cannister was failing and the chair was intermittently sagging - customer service was excellent and arranged for a new one to be sent out

Great follow on experience - customer service

I ordered an office chair with head rest to be pre-assembled and delivered by Tufnell’s, a third-party contractor. The chair arrived broken and was packed in plastic with the broken part (the head rest) loose in the box. I asked to return the chair, and Best Buy arranged to pick it up. It took three weeks to get a refund because apparently an email within Best Buy Office Chairs had gone astray but, after following up with Customer Services, I finally received my refund, including the cost of assembly.

All too often people are quick to complain, But I want to say a big thank to all staff at Bestbuys - Office Chairs for their attention to dealing with our order from ordering, to phone call to expect delivery, and delivery man Gareth for his helpfulness. I purchased the Barney Leather office chair from Bestbuy office chairs, for the price the product is exactly what I needed and I would say excellent value for money. It arrived quickly and a lot sooner than I expected. It was easy enough to assemble - I was so happy not to be sitting on my kitchen dining room chair anymore!

The customer service is also excellent, I contacted them via email on an issue I had with the chair, which was quickly resolved.

I would definitely consider using Bestbuy Office Chairs to purchase my next office chair.

Bought the mesh back executive chair over a year ago. It's very comfortable and exactly what I was looking for. Plenty of adjustments to get the ergonomics just right. The chair recently started losing height, and when I contacted customer services, they identified the problem and sent us a new gas bottle, even though we were out of the warranty period. They also emailed instructions for how to fit it. Many thanks 😊

I purchased a sub-£75 chair around 13months ago from these guys and it's been great.

Last week the right arm snapped off while I was getting up and out of the chair.

I contacted their customer service team who were fantastic.
They asked for a photo of the failed part and instantly knew it was a manufacturing issue and would send out a replacement.

They checked for supply and told me I would be waiting until the 14th for them to get stock from their supplier.

However, 3days after first making contact I received a surprise package containing replacement Left and Right arms for my chair.

I would definitely use Bestbuy Office Chairs again.

Great until you have a problem then not so great. Said it would cost me £28 to return but charged over £30. Not happy

Excellent service. Chair delivered to Cornwall, 25 hours from time of order being placed! Chair of good quality, comfortable and good looking. I had a query about the use of the tilt mechanism, which was replied to by customer services immediately, and my problem was resolved. I would recommend this retailer to anyone.

I bought the Consulat Executive Leather Office Chair for just under £200.

The "mech" would not screw onto the bottom of the chair. I contacted customer service who simply responded with a link to a video. It took a couple of more emails with photos of the part next to a measuring tape (to prove it wasn't square as it should have been) for them to acknowledge that the part was actually faulty.

Disappointed with the quality, I asked for them to collect the chair and arrange a refund. It's been an absolute nightmare dealing with their customer services. First of all, they are not polite at all. You will never get a hi or hello from them. Secondly, they never provide any updates. I get told that the chair will get collected today. Then no one turns up and I have to chase them for an update. So far, that's happened three times.

I am hoping someone collects it today. I don't believe they will and will have to arrange it myself and then invoice the company to reimburse the shipping costs. To get a refund, I will most likely have to do a chargeback on my credit card.

I urge you, do not deal with this company.

I assembled the chair wrong without reading the instructions but thanks to their EXCELLENT after sales service they not only talked me through what I should have done, sent me a video to show me how to assemble the chair correctly and checked that I had managed to correct my mistakes and all without a single note of judgement. Great company to buy from. I recommend both their product - chair is great now property assembled - and recommend their staff who have patience, excellent product knowledge and professionalism.

Purchased a chair and desk from Best Buy Office Chairs on Monday and arrived next day sharp. Great quality furniture and at a great price, spoke with a member of staff regarding choosing the best product to suit me and was very helpful and knew what they were talking about.

I had been having some back pain with the chair that I am using and decided as a treat to buy myself a new office chair for Christmas, so I did my research checked out local companies and so forth and decided that the Luxor 27 stone 24 hour leather faced managers chair was for me and ordered it from best buy who promised swift delivery by the 24th.

All was good I didn't even mind the extra £40 delivery charge to get it to Belfast as the price at £262 was still very good, it didn't arrive as promised but not to worry it will come some time next week. It didn't.

I can't actually review the chair as I never got to sit in it after nearly four weeks of broken promises and delivery dates I had enough and cancelled the order.

All I had been getting was excuses about suppliers, track and trace and brexit, however, if you can't deliver the product then don't take the order on false pretenses or at least indicate that delivery may take some time.

Easy to navigate website and a huge choice of chairs, so I finally chose the Wellington High Back Executive model. It was to replace my old 'farmhouse' type wooden chair I've had for years.

The 'Wellington' was a present from my Wife and it was moderately easy to assembled and a joy to sit in at my PC desk. So comfortable, I have actually nestled back and nodded off twice ! 😂

After only a few days of use, my Wife said that the LHS arm padding had gone flat, so she contacted 'Best Buy Office Chairs' and sent off some images. Her query was answered almost immediately, and they agreed that something was not quite right and they would send out a replacement arm.

We were not expecting delivery of the new arm until after the Christmas period and because of the Covid restrictions etc ... but a new set of arms, (a pair, left & right !), were delivered, as promised, within days.

Excellent service and communications from ordering / to delivery / and replacement of arm(s), can't praise them enough for their customer service !

Must go ... I feel a nap coming on ! 😴
