Item still hasn't arrived weeks later
Item still hasn't arrived weeks later, I did get one email but poor service.
- I shouldn’t have to contact you, that’s kind of the point of ordering online. Everyone is experiencing some delays at present but weeks and weeks of delays are not ok when you’ve charged me fully upon ordering. Nothing personal, just reality of the situation, so my experience was poor, I’m sure others will have a different experience.

Hi Jonathan, you have received 4 Emails from ourselves in total.
We have been trying to contac you since may 15th as you didnt provide any details for your personalised order.
You also received a email on may 25th at 9.15am explaining a custom issue with a delivery of our lego this was unopened.
We have tried 4 times yesterday to call and still no answer, we also left you a txt message per your voicemail requested and still nothing.
So i feel your being extremely unfair posting a review without even contacting us directly first.
