Excellent company to deal with
Excellent company to deal with, very helpful, asked for a few design changes several times and they came back to me with the changes. They informed me of a slight delay when shipping the product.

Personal touch
I ordered four personalised items (Wine Box, Chopping Board and two different mugs) from Twin Town Crafts on 28/11/2022.
On 14/12/2022, I received both a message and a telephone call from Aaron, notifying me that one of their suppliers had let them down and they would be unable to complete the Wine Box. He anticipated that it would be January 2023 before he would be able to fulfill my order.
Without question and hesitation, I was offered an apology and a full refund by Aaron. I opted for dispatch to me of the remaining three items and that the Wine Box would be sent directly to my brother when completed. I received my remaining three items on 16/12/2022, only two days after my telephone conversation with Aaron.
The quality of the product from Twin Town Crafts is exceptional.
Small family businesses deserve to be supported. (It is not their fault that suppliers let them down).

I recently ordered and received the most beautiful personalised wooden Santa boards. Delighted with them and to support an Irish, family business. Aaron, one of the owners even followed up delivery with a phone call and text to ensure I was happy with everything. The workmanship is absolutely amazing. I have two very excited little people about leaving Santa's treats out this Christmas eve. Thank you Aaron and Louisa.

Lovely frame excellent present
Easy to deal, fast shipping, good price.
I received the alert the item I wanted was back in stock and purchased it as a Christmas present.
The frame and Legos are great but would be even better if the frame had actual glass and the print inside the frame rather than Scrabble letters used the font on the picture of the site.
It was shipped quickly and it was excellently packaged and protected.
Overall experience positive and had the small issues above being sorted I would have rated it 5 star.
